Don't ever buy anything from them. They were previously called ibathUK then went into liquidation.
I got a shower tap with a 10 years warranty which is still covered and broken. Bathroom4less won't take responsibility for it. What's the point of a warranty then? Terrible commercial practices.

The cistern did not fit the pan unit. Wrong dimensions entirely. I had to purchase a replacement that the plumber had to pick up - additional bills due to this company's faulty product. 4 messages and over a month later not resolved.

Order 4736 Avon vanity unit with sink. I was told my items were delivered on 10th Feb according to the delivery photo the courier had left the unit beside the outside door of our building it was not delivered to my flat on the first floor. I was at home all day and no one rang my bell. It seems the package has been stolen.
I have phoned and emailed "bathrooms4you" on several occasions but it seems they don't want to know and have made no effort to contact the delivery company. Very bad customer service !
I have now lost £85

I called your company many times spoke to a couple of your staff but no one from your company tried to contact me with a solution at any time either by phone or email. According to the photo proof taken by the delivery company the item was not left outside my front door which is on the first floor but left in a very vulnerable place, the public entrance to our building on the main street. Obviously the package was stolen. Therefore the review I gave of your company is 100% correct. I have taken advice from "Citizens Advice" they have advised me Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is your legal obligation as the retailer to ensure the goods I purchased are successfully delivered to me. By leaving the parcel beside our public entrance without my authorization, you have failed to fulfill this obligation.
I will now to taking this matter further to claim back the £85.00 I have lost.

I ordered a new toilet from Bathroom4Less and only afterwards did I see the reviews. I thought "oh god, I'm in for a ride" but actually everything was fine. Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and smooth, and everything arrived as it should, all intact. Perfect service really. I had no problems whatsoever.

I received a vanity basin unit with different design frontals from the image they showed, no advanced notification of the reasoning?. One of the handles has a large pit mark in the casting below the chrome plating, unfortunately, it’s in the middle of the front-facing side! After sending three emails and attempting two live chats, I haven’t received any replies. I suppose this is their level of satisfactory service?

I'll admit, we ordered before we read the reviews and then got worried... Would our order turn up?
Would it be complete and undamaged? Will we get into a war with the nonexistent customer services?
We didn't have to worry.
Within a day or two we had a text from the courier saying our order was with them and they'd deliver in 3-5 working days.
A day or two later they gave us a delivery slot if 7-9 am on Wednesday.
Tuesday afternoon three vanity units, complete with sinks turned up, all in perfect condition.
Could not be happier!

It's a miracle. They sometimes deliver the products after receiving payment.
But if the product runs out of stock (after taking payments) DO NOT expect to hear back from them as its also impossible to contact them back.
Consider this a loss and write-off the amount (Order 3922)

2 weeks to deliver, Item missing, no communication, replacement porcelain chipped and damaged offered £15 compensation... told them not acceptable waited a month for a replacement... still waiting,, AVOID THIS COMPANY. Rubbish product, Rubbish delivery and Rubbish customer service. I f this is the standard Amazon are going to accept may need to go elsewhere. Multiple photos were sent to you so don't try to play the 'we tried to contact you game'

Placed my order with "Speedy Delivery" on a Monday Morning - Waited til the Friday and it still had not been Dispatched so I called to be promised it was on its way.
I eventually received half of my shipment and no explanation from them to where the rest of my shipment is.
All I can say is these are cheap for a reason so stay away.
I brought a bathtub from Bathroom4Less and after removing wrapping we saw a crack in it, contacted the customer service believe i spoke with Priyanka who was extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement within 3-5 days. This was a very positive ouctome and really appreciate the quick response within 30-40mins and have now saved me alot of worry and i will defo purchase again :)
Updated comment on 26th Jan I received a replacement bathtub and this also has a huge crack worse than the first one very disappointment as this is now delaying my builders and very stressful hoping on customer service to resolve!!! Asap
This company is a scam!
Did not deliver on the expected day, with the bathroom fitter waiting for the unit (had to pay the trade hours for nothing).
Then asked to cancel the order, and was told this was not possible! Not tried to contact them and the currier for cancellation, with on luck.
I am glad I paid with credit card, and I will be seeking refund from the card provider and amazon.
Fantastic service very prompt on resolving my issue with a leaking part replaced the part very fast
I ordered a lovely traditional style radiator at a very reasonable price i must add, i decided to complete the look with additional valves. When they came one was broken.
I got a no quibble replacement in no time. I am very happy with the customer service and i would use this company again.
