I brought panels and trim for our family bathroom, our plumber has only just got round to fitting us in, upon opening the boxes they haven’t sent us the right thing and won’t do anything about! I understand it’s been a few months but just a basic reply saying nothing they can do! Disgusting company behaviour wouldn’t use them again!

I have had fantastic service from this company. It didn’t go right as the couriers smashed up the ceiling panels but they gave it their immediate attention arranged for the damaged order to be collected and replaced. Cannot fault them. Would use again.

Terrible service. I bought 4 wall panels packed in 2 boxes. One box was immaculate and the other box had damaged panels therein. Initially I thought it was the driver but when I brought out the damaged ones from the box, I could not find the missing pieces. It was at that point I realised the damage goods were deliberately packed in. Terrible!!! Absolutely disgusting service!!!

Ordered almost a week back. No updates. Contacted truce no answer

First order as a tester for future larger orders as we spend around £10,000 a year on bathroom cladding as a business.
Sadly, this will be our first and last order as it never turned up on the due date.
Despite receiving notification to saying it was out for delivery between 8am and 6pm on the selected date, (our fitter stayed on site late specially) the delivery never arrived and we received no further communication either from Bathroom Cladding Direct or DX delivery company.

Neither company was avaiwhen l contacted them at 6pm to see what was happening, and now we have to cladding onsite to fit.

Extremely poor service, won't be using again.

I’ve purchased from Bathroom cladding direct a couple of times now, they have been great to deal with, Prices are competitive, delivery is prompt. On my last order I had a few panels that had marks on them.
As soon as I contacted them with some pics they sent out replacements which arrived in a couple of days . Thanks 😊

Absolutely fantastic company! I ordered cladding at an amazing price and had it delivered to Manchester. Really fast and efficient delivery too! I’m so glad I used these guys to supply my cladding over anyone else as they’ve been brilliant with advice and help every step of the way! Their customer service is second to none and the person whose been replying to my (numerous) emails is extremely professional and patient! I had been looking for stone grey wall panels for a long time but most retailers were out of stock. I found stock on this companies website and ordered them. Delivery was quick and the panels were well packaged. However, it became evident very quickly that the product was very flimsy and very easy to damage, just by applying finger pressure to the panel. The 8mm sample panels were about 1mm thick on the facing, the supplied product was about 0.5mm. I really regret using the panels and do not recommend them. Make sure you get the same quality as the supplied sample. I have seen other reviews with similar comments.

The team at Bathroom Cladding Direct were first class, I had a the worst delivery experiences in that a large amount of my order had been walked on, knocked about and badly damaged. The team were brilliant, the damaged items were immediately replaced next day delivery. Can't praise them enough for customer service. Thank you

I bought ceiling and wall cladding from BCD. What a great company to deal with. From start to finish, they were quick to respond to my questions. When the cladding arrived, one box was damaged. They sent a replacement 2 days later. I cannot fault their customer care and the panels are excellent. Highly recommended.

We ordered sample wall cladding and based on that we ordered the cladding set for a our bathroom we had to finish quickly. The panels arrived timely, but, the claddings arrived are totally different quality than the sample one. The cladding arrived dents and breaks with slightest force while the samples were sturdy. Now we had to use those due to limited time we have to complete the bathroom. When I wrote about the issue to the company, they are not sure but they apparently use different suppliers where quality of the sample and the order can possibly vary. I cannot recommend this kind of experience to anyone and I would expect a better quality and better quality control. I don't think some of the panels they they sell are fit for the purpose.

Cladding arrived damaged and a day later than the agreed delivery date. Apparently the driver "timed out" and never even attempted delivery.

The cladding itself is actually really nice and will look great once it's been put up in my bathroom. It's just a shame that either the pickers and packers or delivery drivers take very little care of your items.

The packaging was great and had thick cardboard all around the cladding so I can only imagine the fault for damage lies with the people that package it up.

When I phoned up about the delivery being late I had to phone twice. The first person that I spoke to told me that he would contact the courier and get straig back to me. 2 hours later? No call. I phoned back and was dealt with by a woman who did contact the courier right away and got back to me within 10 minutes to tell me a time slot for the delivery! Excellent customer service by her :) 10/10.

Had to order a further 3 packs of cladding because I calculated the area of my bathroom wrong. (Silly me) delivery this time was very fast and delivered really early in the morning so there was no waiting around. Cladding had slight damage again but made absolutely no difference to the way it looks on the wall :) top quality service the second time around.

Upped to 4* due to service on second order

Poor service-half of my order came asked where the other half is told it was sent to the wrong depot even though I ordered at the same time. They could not even tell me what depot it had been sent to.

Great customer service and they’ve always been really helpful by phone and email. Really patient and helpful with liaising with the courier, I over ordered and they helped me return back the goods.

Can’t fault them.

This is the second time I’ve used this company. Panels arrived with me here in N.Ireland in 3 days, extremely well packed. Couldn’t have asked for better. Unfortunately there was a slight problem with one pack and the box of adhesive got lost in transit (admitted by the courier). It only took a quick email and a new pack of panels and another box of adhesive was delivered in 2 days. Great product (makes me look like an expert) and excellent customer service to resolve the problem. Many thanks.

Placed an order back in November 2020, had a phone call soon after regarding part of the order (Adhesive, which is readily available anywhere so no problem) being unavailable so was offered a refund on that portion, which I received quickly.

Unfortunately the courier did not deliver the entire of my order nor did they listen to my instructions to ring ahead. I waited another day or two and still the order wasn't forthcoming so I called Bathroom Cladding Direct and they sent out another order the same day and recalled the other order from the courier for whenever they found it, The staff were very helpful and extremely apologetic!

When I finally got the rest of my order I found the panels of good quality, well fitting and easy to work with (even for a diy amateur) unfortunately my maths was slightly out and I ended up needing more panels which after one quick phone call today has been secured against the next batch to come in (I had been checking the website daily but the item was out of stock every time so bit the bullet and phoned)

Ordered matt white ceiling cladding, unfortunately at the end of the pack a couple of boards were damaged. I emailed them over the Christmas break and as soon as they opened they emailed to say they will send out a replacement for both damaged boards from the same batch as the previous lot on next day delivery for free. Exceptional service. Top quality product.

I ordered ceiling panels on the 22nd August. The panels were listed as being in stock, and booked delivery onfor the 26th August. So, got the bathroom stripped ready for the new ceiling.
I got a phone call later telling me the container with the cladding was delayed, and would arrive in early September. I reluctantly accepted, left with little real choice at the time.

It's now 11th September and I had heard nothing, so called them. I was told there were further delays on delivery, now to expect delivery on the 21st September. I can't tile the bathroom until the cladding arrives, so stuck with no shower and can't do more until it arrives. Now shopping around for alternative panels with a view to cancelling my order with Bathroom Cladding Direct.

My advice would be to call and place an order on the phone and make sure they actually have the things you want in stock if you want to use this company. Certainly do not trust the website.

So delivery didn't happen on the 21st, but was promised for today, Tuesday 22nd September... Still no cladding. Email from the courier saying the delivery will be tomorrow. A really, really poor show I'm afraid. For something that the website said was in stock and ready to dispatch, this is wholly unacceptable.

First of all I received the plastic skirting that was a below average product. It was faulty on delivery and the coating on it would never of lasted anyway it was so cheap and nasty. I also had a complaint with the fact that once the cladding sheets for the bathroom walls were fitted there was a colour differentce that is now noticeable. I emailed in and the response was that it was due to the fitting. I then issued a complaint again via a phone call from my bathroom fitter as he fitted it as per the instructions and the manager was very arrogant towards him. I issued an complaint myself then via e-mail to which I got no reply I then sent an email in again and cc’d my bathroom fitter in to which he got the e-mail and yet still no response from the cladding company ...very rude in my opinion and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on this alone.
