I strongly do not recommend this company.

If there is any issue with the product, you have to return it at your own expense, something that is not clearly explained when making a purchase.

Regardless of which warehouse your order is shipped from, all returns must be sent to the main warehouse. In my case, it was over 100 miles away, resulting in very high shipping costs.

I consider this unfair to customers because my order was originally dispatched from a warehouse only 25 miles from my home, yet I was required to send the return to a much more distant location.

Before purchasing, make sure you carefully read the return policy to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Great visit. Steven was excellent and took so much time to show us around and answered our questions to a very high level. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. A real credit to the team and the organisation and was a pleasure to spend time with.

First time using this company and very thorough with the whole process of ordering from start to finish, came within 24 hours, but there was a little damage of the product which we let them know about. The team rectified this asap and sent another one out, very happy with the service and my customer was over the moon we could finish her bathroom off. Will be using these guys again.

Massive showroom, great displays. Ordered online with a Sunday delivery, the guys were prompt and efficient. Whilst installing one of the slots where the cross bar frame clips into was punched on the wrong side, so we had to manufacture another hole.
