Alina was prompt with her support and communication and resolved my issue with absolutely no drama - a breath of fresh air and amazing service all round!

Minahil Mehmood saw what the problem was straight away- the label had fallen off my consignment. She made a call and arranged for this to be delivered tomorrow.
If I could give some Customer Feedback it would be for her to kindly speak not so fast.

UPDATE/EDIT: Samantha from the Customer Service Team reached out to discuss the issues with my delivery as per my original review. I explained my personal circumstances and she was very sympathetic and professional. I am amending my review from 2 stars to 4 to reflect my satisfaction with the service from Samantha. She has also reassured me that the delivery practices will be investigated and that I will be getting a replacement this week. Thank you!

Extremely upset with the delivery. When the delivery arrived, there was initially no mention of a damaged item. It wasn't until they finished delivering my items that they informed me there is a missing item, the toilet. I also asked for an invoice to check the items had been delivered, they said they didn't have one and just told me to count the number of boxes. To be honest, the toilet is a key part of any bathroom and a major issue. By the sounds of their conversation, they broke the toilet when loading the van earlier that day. I spoke with customer support and I asked them when I would expect a replacement to which I was told 'I don't know'. I'm hoping to resolve this soon but right now, not happy with the service.

Shower trays supplied with waste fittings that don’t conform with any UK pipe fittings. The team at Bathroom Mountain are very accessible and attempt to be helpful, however, with no resolution.,, just keep insisting their same suggestions which achieve nothing in way of solution

I had a refund query today with something i returned, I ordered too many!
I spoke to Abdul Basit, he was extremely efficient and solved my small problem. Very polite man.
I will defo use Bathroom Mountain again.

I had a problem with the payment of my order so I rang and spoke to SABA who was very helpful & resolved all the issues I had very speedily

I have used bathroom Mountain for over a year now. Products have been in really excellent condition and look amazing in our bathrooms.
We placed a new order last Friday for delivery on Sunday. . For the 1st time we encountered a problem. The sink had been accidently damaged by the delivery company. Bathroom Mountain was closed on Sundays so I had a bad night worrying as I had never spoke to them before I was worried I would have to buy a new sink and it would take at least six weeks to deliver.
I telephoned bathroom Mountain and a lovely lady called "Waliya", from the customer service team , helped me out immediately and reordered a new sink for immediate delivery for tomorrow.
I want to say a big thank you to Waliya for sorting this our so quickly. I no longer have to worry.
I wish all Customer service was like this.

Great service from ordering on line, (the products came next day) to Customer Services, we couldn’t fault this company. Having bought 2 shower trays, the plumber realised they were going to be unsuitable for the intended site and, whilst he could utilise the opened one elsewhere, we had 1 large tray unopened that we hoped to return. Alina at customer services was so helpful, gave us clear instructions and explained that if we needed to contact her again, we had just to reply to the e.mail and we would come through to her direct. We couldn’t fault her level of service, she was friendly, prompt, gave clear instructions and everything went exactly as she explained to us.

These are the nicest items I’ve ever bought. No flat pack, no assembly, just beautifully made bathroom furniture ready to hang. Arrived on time and a very reasonable price for such well made items. Even the delivery guys were lovely. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

When our plumber arrived I was told that I had ordered an incorrect product. Narish was very helpful with arranging to send the correct product for the following day and advising me how to obtain a refund for the incorrect product

I use Bathroom Mountain regularly to supply bathroom furniture etc and want to share my positive experiences especially with their customer service.
Unusually for many businesses today they reply to emails promptly and look for ways to resolve issues such as returns and missing items.
