Outstanding service. I have not ever come across someone who is very efficient and prompt. The service I received was fantastic. I was dealt with someone named Afia and they were very helpful. Quick replies, very friendly and efficient. I work for a maintenance company and I’m gutted I never came across with this company but now this will my first contact ever! I deal with bathroom companies on a daily basis and they can be a pain! But no issues with bathrooms and showers direct. Easy to contact and best part is customer service. Well done 👏

Excellent customer services
I've been using Bathrooms and Showers Direct for a number of years now and I've always found them to be excellent with great prices and speedy delivery. I recently had an issue with something I had previously ordered and Afia in customer services quickly responded to me and solved my problem by getting a replacement item arranged by talking to the manufacturer and then shipping a replacement from stock so I didn't need to wait. Great outcome and very helpful and friendly customer services.

Outstanding service
I was let down by another supplier and needed a replacement toilet urgently. Bathrooms and Showers Direct dealt with the problem very speedily and I had it delivered the next day with very little notice from me. I discovered I had ordered the wrong pan - my fault - and the correct replacement one arrived within 24 hours! Not only were both Becky and Afia very pleasant and helpful but they were also extremely efficient. The product itself was also cheaper than my original supplier. I have no hesitation in recommending Bathrooms and Showers Direct. I am very impressed.
