Live local to depot so wanted to collect. Found website difficult to do this and ended up ringing them. Service was then efficient.
Not sure why they call the soft close toilet seat DELUXE. It is quite flimsy and the lid doesn’t close until you push it down to about 3ins from the seat.

After a bad experience at Wickes Derby I came to the guys a Bathroom Traders. They were super helpful, gave me some things to think about and came back with a quick design, they were also a lot closer to my budget and a good lead time. There is so much to be said for shopping local and listening to a customers needs. Thanks to Steve and Kirk for a brilliant service!

Good service from Bathroomtraders. Bathroom vanity unit was really well packaged , but the sink was not , the box was totally open at one end and I pointed this out to the delivery driver who told me “it’s ok I have got hold of it” just a small mark on the side of the sink but not to warrant sending it back 😬 . But cannot fault the delivery driver either he was really helpful . All in all great service would have given a 5 star rating bar the packaging of the sink.

Everything was good thank you. But the driver was early by about 10 mins but when I spoke to him he said he was in time. Not true lucky for him my sister covered up my goods as it started to rain. No damage

I bought everything for my new bathroom bar flooring and wallpanelling from Bathroom Traders. Sadly there was a problem with the shower enclosure which due to various Covid staffing arrangements took a while to sort out but I now have a replacement enclosure which I am very pleased with. Customer Service was brilliant and I really appreciate the efforts they put in on my behalf. They also recommended some great bathroom fitters. Many thanks. Unlikely I'll need a new bathroom any time soon but I certainly recommend them.

Within a week of ordering the shower it was here, the only thing was the delivery man left it on my driveway in full view and never brought it up to the house

I’ve ordered a toilet and no information until I’ve called myself after a week that my order was refunded due to lack of stock , only then they send me an email and text message!!!!!!

Then in a hurry I had to purchase another toilet from B&Q as my bathroom was finished and I couldn’t eat
