Saying they had bath & taps in stock went to collect they had nothing in stock, been with out a bathroom now for a week

We purchased online but had to ask questions before we completed the order and the gentleman we spoke to was very helpful ! Delivery was very prompt and the goods were very good quality. However on trying to fit them there were no instructions whatsoever ! We called the store again and no one could really help us...we were supposed to get a call back the following day and nothing ! We were told to email and someone would call us and nothing ! So frustrating !! We managed to work it out for ourselves in the end but some instructions would have been very helpful ! Still very pleased with the finished look.

Terrible customer services.
Misleading information provided.
Waited for weeks for my purchase but was not delivered.
When queried and asked for manager’s response, a refund was given although that is not what I wanted. No managers called.
Delayed my work by weeks.
Not happy!!

Ordered and paid for a Shower tower only to find out at a later date that they were out of stock, on the plus side reimbursed promptly.

Great products at a bargain price. Bought two showers from these guys and they arrived earlier than expected and they are such good showers!

I'm not really into reviewing things but Bathroom Traders really helped me out. I ordered the wrong bathroom cabinet by mistake and when I realised, contacted them straight away. They cancelled my order and sent an email confirming a refund. No hassle. No trying to sell me something different - just really helpful and efficient. I am grateful to them for making the process easy :)

I ordered a toilet but no fault on bathroom traders side it was damaged in transit and never made it here. Bathroom traders quickly arranged a replacement and as the original wasn't in stock sent a more expensive loo at no extra cost. They were so apologetive and nice but we did have a few cross wires and I wondered if I'd get my loo. It did come but seat broken so on informing them they quickly sent a replacement seat next day royal mail. It hasn't been an easy experience in one way but the service to put it right was excellent. Kirk was so nice and friendly. I would recommend trying this company. The loo is good quality and I'm happy

Very VERY disappointed with my order. Workmanship was disgusting thou I did receive a replacement still the same as the first thou a little better. Service was brill but i shall not be recommending this company to anyone at all.

Great quality good price needed bit of of advice sorted going to buy shower tray next

First time I had used this supplier.

I collected a vanity unit and basin top , opened all the boxes to check they were not damaged and all ok.

3 days later went to place the basin in place and it was 50mm short 😡😡😡

I phoned bathroom traders who apologised profusely and agreed to send their van out that day to change the wrong sink top

4 hours later they turned up and all was good again
