Good product but be aware Next Day…
Good product but be aware Next Day delivery doesn't necessarily mean next day. Ordered Friday, delivered late pm the following Wednesday. However staff always polite and refunded the extra charge immediately.

Disappointed in delivery service. Had to chase up my order twice. First time I was assured the taps would arrive the next day. They didn’t! Thankfully I wasn’t relying on the order to complete our bathroom.

Avoid, placed order. Requested replacement part and was ignored and then said i can order single item even if i paid for item and shipping costs
After placing an order and the bath panel was damaged. I requested details on purchasing a replacement bath panel. the gentleman Ryan informed me I could purchase over email or phone and to use ebay. I informed Bathroom room traders I needed to speak to some one in person to allow the correct replacement of bath panel. I was informed this way of purchasing was not available and then ignored for weeks. Still unable to supply the replacement bath panel at my own cost. I will not be recommending, not expected for such a long standing company. Now find myself unable to find a replacement bath panel to match the bath, screen and panel originally supplied.

Derby's best bathroom showroom!
Ordered a full bathroom from Bathroom Traders and they were great. Prices well under list, and great selection of top quality products.
The staff were very helpful, comparing products and features to help us make our choice.
The Derby showroom is superb, always being updated and lots of suites on display.
100% recommend and will use them again in the future.
