We ordered a bath towel heated rail on…
We ordered a bath towel heated rail on 26th June. We're at 11th June and still not been despatched.
I called in to discuss and heard a recorded message that they are closed until 18th July!!!! We had no email or anything saying this
Now I must pay more for my bathroom fitter to come back install the heater when and if it arrives!

Unhelpful courier initially
Great communication from the company. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that the courier would not initially help me get the shower door in the garage! It was on a pallet and therefore we needed to take it off as it was too high to just move in. He said he was not insured and that he was only paid for ‘kerbside delivery’. As I’m only 5ft tall, I could not do this on my own and I literally had to beg him. He wanted to just leave it on my drive! He relented in the end but honestly, having paid over £80 for courier delivery, this is just not good enough.
I’ve not had the shower door fitted yet but hope all will be okay.

The price was the initial attraction, the reviews were good , the communication was good apart from not advising me of a delivery date / time. Not sure what would have happened if I’d been out. The delivery itself was good and very swift. The product appears to be fine but not fitted yet.
