Read the reviews after ordering .. mistake
Nothing delivered after two weeks waiting .. no reply to emails asking for a delivery date .. but as soon as contacted via paypal money refunded
wont be ordering anything again !

ROrdered batteries from Batteriesplus on the 20th August 2018 like others have not received them. Tried to contact them via phone and email and both seem not to be working others please be AWARE as this company seems to treat its customers very badly takes our money via PayPal but does not deliver.

Sent a very expensive and rare battery that this company said they could re-cell.
Now 3 weeks later and still not received my battery. I have sent 3 letters by recorded delivery and they haven’t responded. They don’t answer their phone, it’s constantly engaged. I have been told by another company that the battery would take 3-5 days to re-cell. I have now had to purchase a new battery. I don’t know how this company continue to trade ? I shall be taking this further they are not getting away with this one !

I have just notified PAYPAL regarding Batteries Plus. From my own experience, and similar to other customer feedback on here I paid for my order and then it never came. I tried to phone the company, but as others have said the number is continuously engaged/phone off hook. I have also just tried to send a message but that too is not working. I have now requested PayPal to get involved pointing out that this company seem to be running a scam.

Do not use this company!!!!! They sent me the wrong batteries, they did not respond to my email. They do not answer their telephone, I tried for hours to ring them

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!! Ordered batteries on 26/6/18. Have sent 4 emails-no response. Have tried ringing in excess of 30 times, trying at all times of day-phone constantly engaged.
Have now initiated a claim with paypal for return of money.
Companies like this should be policed and shut down.
I have had to pay 50% more for product, but arrived within 2 days. Tempted to sue these thieves for the difference, but probably not worth the bother given small amount, which, I'm sure, is what they rely on.

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot reviews about this company. I order some solar batteries, about two weeks ago , have never received them, as previous customers have said when you call the phone is either engaged or you get a dead sound, I have emailed twice and not had a reply, I paid though Paypal so I am now on the midst of a case to get my money back. They should be banned from the website.

Avoid these guys like the plague. They don't answer emails and their phones are constantly engaged..............and this is when I'm trying to buy something. ........gods knows what it's like if you have a problem! 👎👎👎👎👎

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered over a month ago, no response to emails. No response to refund requests. Chargeback through paypal started.

Ordered yesterday morning and arrived today! Excellent service.

Goods never received, unable to contact them as there phone line is allways engaged and they have removed the captcha from there web site email making it impossible to email them. Thankfully I eventually got a refund going through Paypay.
Save yourself some hassle and Avoid !!! Scam Company !!

Items ordered and paid for with Paypal, never received. The only communication I received was the automated invoice. They failed to answer any email. The phone is constantly engaged. After raising a dispute with Paypal the money was refunded with no comment or apology. What an appalling way to treat customers. Stay clear.

Update,After threatening them with Trading Standards an a letter to notify them they were in breach of contract they have issued me with a refund,They had the audacity to say that my items were delivered ,I asked why the phones are constantly engaged an why emails i sent were ignored!No answer,Beware of this site they have a very weird way of treating customers.

I contacted Paypal and opened a case against this poor excuse of a company. and also contacted Action Against Fraud,and citizens advice.Today just had a e.mail that they have sent me a full refund,NOT good enough they should NOT be allowed to trade under this false pretence,i will continue to pursue this company until they are stopped,they have picked on the wrong un here!,"come on everyone join me and stop this",if enough people complain and contact everyone surely someone will take notice.

Ordered 15/5 received today 31/5. Not as bad experience as others but they really do need to do something about the poor customer service/communication.

Placed an order with Batteries plus and after 2 weeks still no battery. I tried to contact them via email with no response so I phoned them but line seems to be permanently engaged. Have now contacted PayPal to get my money back. I would avoid this company.

Placed my6 order at the beginning of May. My money was taken straight away. Happy me - no after numerous times of calling all hours and days and emailing to ask for someone to call me and update me on the progress of my order - and a flat zero response back. Thank goodness I paid with paypal - next stop to get my money returned and go to a company that deserves my business - one that values the customer. Only sorry I did not read this site before placing my order. Call it as lesson learned.

Clearly not an operation to take seriously. I ordered batteries on April 20th. No money taken and no batteries. The no response to e mails and permanently engaged phone is obviously company policy. Contacted credit card company today to try and block any money getting taken. Don't deserve to be in business. There must be other companies who want our business.
