Despite my sending them incorrect measurements and being a total idiot, they were polite and persevered.
They dealt promptly with my eMails and I am very happy to recommend both their product and service!

Should have read the reviews. Has the same experience as others. No delivery and no response from them either by email or phone. Am going to contact trading standards.

Ordered replacement batteries for my Panasonic phones and order was confirmed by email within a few minutes. After a month, nothing had arrived so tried to contact Batteries Plus. Their "Contact Us" link doesn't work, needing a non-existent Captcha completed. They didn't respond to my emails and their phone line is always engaged. Fortunately I had paid with Paypal, so requested and quickly received a full refund. Should have read the earlier feedback about these shysters before placing the order and warn everyone to steer clear of them in future.

Ordered £17 of LR44 batteries in June 2023. Never received them and after numerous emails not had a refund either. Have used them in the past and been highly satisfied but not this recent order

I wish I had seen this before I bought from this company. Batteries I bought do not work! Got one email reply from them saying could I check I had bought the correct battery. I replied to say I had & sent photos to prove it but not heard back after weeks. Every few days I resend the email but nothing. Please,please do not order from this company you will be wasting your money. Terrible products, terrible service.

no replies after sending back the items, no answer on the telephone nothing. stay well clear of this sham of a business will be reporting to Action Fraud.

Online search for new tagged batteries for my blue-point electric screwdriver, batteries plus only website I found selling them, purchased 3 for less than £10 inc postage, received 2 days later, screwdriver now working again. Thank you for your prompt service

Visited here only after ordering as delivery seemed to be taking a while, and was horrified to read the negative reviews. But the batteries arrived today (about a week after ordering), and were well packaged. Hard to source these particular batteries and they were well priced too, so 5 stars from me.

Battery sent out fine but the end was wrong I asked if could change they said yes.
Sent it back and then nothing no response could even get through on phone.
Went through PayPal to get money back and they never even responded.
Steer clear.

Without going into the details, I can confirm and validate the previous reviews . This company will ignore any contact you make and never answer their phone. They sell FAKE FAKE FAKE batteries and fraudulently advertise EVE batteries, then send you real cr*ppy batteries that do not fit the item that they are made for. Absolute joke of a business and needless to say this will not last long or at least as long as their cr*p batteries. Do yourself a favour, shop at Amazon.

Beware this company. I sent this note to them, quoting order number, but as expected got no reply:.
This order has never arrived. I have tried many times to query this with you by email and phone. But you do not reply to emails and your phone number is constantly engaged (01474 705832).
I cannot identify the Sagepay Card transaction.
I see that there are many comments on web sites which tell how other customers have had similar problems and advise customers to avoid you. Before I add my own comment I am offering you this opportunity to explain why you confirmed my order but have not delivered.

I’ve update from my original 1 star review to be fair to the company. After about 5 weeks the battery I ordered did arrive and revived my faulty central heating controller. They really need to improve on customer service though as I never received a response to the emails sent.

Oh I wish I’d read these reviews prior to ordering! As with the majority of reviews my order was placed on 9th December 2022 and an email stating the item has shipped was received….4 weeks later and no item delivered, no answer when you call them and no response to the multiple emails sent! I’m only pleased it was a total of £10 and not more money. Company is an absolute con!!

Arrived nearly three weeks after ordering. Emailed them twice, no reply! I realise that there is a Royal Mail strike on but lots of items I have ordered in the last five days, from elsewhere, have arrived!

Absolute farce of a company. Order never arrived and every attempt to contact them failed. They don't reply to emails and the phone number doesn't work.

Ordered batteries, never received dispatch notice or batteries. Email was not replied to.

Ordered 4 battery packs for Motorola walk-in talkies, one was dead and would not charge, left message on website, no reply tried ringing always engaged. Do not use this company they are a rip off

Placed an order, two weeks pass with no update on dispatch, chase to then be told the items had 'just' gone out of stock. We have requested cancellation and refund however these requests are being ignored. Contacted via phone and email, would certainly not recommend.

I’m a bit perplexed by the many negative reviews on this company. I ordered a battery from them that was difficult to source elsewhere. Their price was good and I got both an email confirming the order and an email confirming it had been dispatched. One day later the battery arrived. Perfect!

Buy from this company at your peril. Don't take my word for it read the rest of the reviews.
I have tried to telephone the company many times, the phone is not answered no matter what time of the day you ring.
I placed an order for a re-chargeable battery which when delivered was the wrong type. I returned it on the 1st August by post with a covering letter and have had no reply. I sent an e-mail on 22nd August requesting answers to my previous letter - no response.
This company, if it exists at all, does not deserve to be in business, it's customer service is non-existent. The telephone is not answered and e-mails are not replied to. There are enough con artists around, I suspect this is one of them.

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Do not use this company, if indeed they are a company. Do they even exist? No reply to countless emails, CAPTCHA not working, phone I suspect disconnected. Been fooled this time, wont get fooled again. Now in the process of contacting PAYPAL to see if I can get any refund. Oh and PAYPAL, if you read this, please do not do business with them EVER AGAIN. Surely there must be RED FLAGS to use an English expression.
