Despite all the negative reviews, my first purchase from this company went smoothly. The solar lamp battery that I ordered was received within a few days. Happy customer . . .

Perfect if you need non standard batteries

I was just reading the reviews and was surprised of all the bad comments. It is not a fake company, as I ordered 2 Cells and they arrived promptly and work flawlessly. I didn't have to contact customer service or anything, so I can't comment on that. But based on my experience, I will use them again if the price is right.

EVE Visonic Powermax Siren Battery 3.6V…

EVE Visonic Powermax Siren Battery 3.6V Purchased two years ago, and should last for “several years”, but is now dead! (Alarm only activated once!). Definitely not VFM. Now using a reputable company. Moral of the story: buy cheap buy twice!!

Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service. Ordered wrong battery (my fault) emailed several times for returns - no reply. Enquired about replacement. Got fed up waiting and posted back battery to them. No response again. It was a small item but it is better that it is returned and resold for someone else rather than being thrown away.

Don't waste your time with this company!

Just like many others, placed an order, received a payment confirmation from PayPal but nothing from the company. Sent an email after 7 days but no response, tried to contact them via their website but it said I had to complete the non-existant Captcha first so it wouldn't send, sent another email after 11 days. 18 days later still nothing so raised it with Paypal and put in a complaint via Citizens Advice consumer service. Lots of time wasted and still haven't got the batteries I'm waiting for!

Poor cells, full refund given

I can’t complain about this company’s service, just their products. I ordered seven rechargeable cells to rebuild a radio battery, but found that one of the seven was faulty. I e-mailed Batteries Plus and they replied, promptly, and sent out another seven cells. This time, I tested them all carefully and found two more bad cells, plus none of the others met the specification for capacity. I e-mailed again asking for a full refund, which I have just received. Pity the goods were of poor quality though. I can’t accept that this is a ‘fake’ company; I dealt with them politely and they have responded professionally.

I was pleasantly surprised!

I read the bad reviews, but could not find reasonably priced NiMH cells in the type I needed. I took what I thought a gamble and bought 6, and was very pleasantly surprised. The cells arrived inside 48 hours fully charged, and I rebuilt the battery to original spec.

My 20-odd years old Bosch drill/screwdriver is now working good as new, saving me over £50 to replace it!

Don't buy from these people!

Do not buy from these people! It's a fake company. Read the reviews! You order stuff from them and it never arrives. When you contact them they completely ignore your messages. I've had to open a resolution through paypal. Completely unacceptable!

customer service(your having a laugh)

Don’t buy anything from this company as they are a ripoff you don’t receive what you have paid for, they send you a e-mail saying they have sent your order to your delivery address they haven’t and when you e-mail or ring them back no response.I will never use this site again and strongly advise no one else to do the same.I don’t even rate them 1 star.

Fake or Not Fake

Ok Gys. Purchased 6 off as advertised Genuine LG HG2 18650. Very good delivery. Product came in cheap individual cardboard box (Started worrying) with no indication of any manufacturers name. Cells were shrink wrapped brown with a cheap self adhesive label applied reading "18650 3000mAh 3.7V"(Now very concerned) There are no inkjet printed serial numbers indicating manufacturer or individual cell serial number. My conclusion is these are fake. Tried to phone supplier to return order but phone constantly buisy!

A Waste of time.. Don't order from them!

I placed my order on 27 July 2020 and despite sending two emails to them, I have still not received any response or the items, as of today, 8th August 2020. As a result, I cancelled my order and I will report them to PayPal.
I noticed that they have many very bad reviews on Trustpilot... I wish I had read them before placing an order from them. I tried sending a message on their website 'Contact Us', but when pressing 'SEND' I was informed that I must complete the CAPTCHA.... Surprise, Surprise ! There is NO CAPTCHA to complete! So I sent them another email which I expect will also be ignored. Phone line is another waste of time. Just another bunch of con-merchants... Unfortunately had to give them 1 star!

Don’t use this awful company

One star is being kind. I would have preferred not to give any stars at all. None existent customer service, can’t get through via the telephone as constantly engaged no matter when I try to call. No response to my emails apart from one telling me to return the batteries and they would replace them immediately. I returned the goods back via Royal Mail and were signed for on the 29th July but to date no replacement batteries or a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. Cowboy so called company. Wish I’d read the reviews before making a purchase. Surprised they are still in business. Seeking a refund via my credit card company as they can’t be bothered to answer an email so got no chance of a refund anytime soon. Don’t waste your time or money with this company as you’ll have nothing but trouble like all the other poor unsuspecting people who have had the misfortune to deal with them. Stay well clear!!!!
