Good product at a good price

I bought this to get the stainless steel clasp pin to replace a broken plastic clasp pin on my Swatch watch. It was easy to take out and replace in my Swatch watch strap buckle. A good quality product at a very good price and save loads on the quotes from stall watchmakers.

Good after sales

I ordered a set of 22mm between lugs quick release pins for my smart watch. The actual lug gap was actually 22.85mm which in practice only provides .5mm insertion on one side when the other side is fully inserted. This would appear to be the wear pattern on the old pins which `I replaced a couple of years ago.
I rang and spoke to a very knowledgeable and patient member of staff who took me through all the pin types available and all their characteristics if not their shortcomings. But the bottom line is, the watch design dictates the type of pin and the industry produces a standard range of pins to suit standard watch lug dimensions and they may not always be ideal.
Thanks to that man at Battery Buddy for the time taken for me.
