Bought a small number of watch straps from this web-retailer.
Delivery was prompt, but despite the seller's best efforts and quality packaging Royal Mail mis-delivered to a nearby flat.
The seller was extremely helpful and personable on the telephone, taking my call on a Sunday afternoon and assisting me in retrieving my package. He was willing to make right should the goods be un-retrievable but thankfully this was not required.
Now, finally having my package in hand I can say I'm very pleased with the quality of the goods recieved. Especially for the price, I believe these watch straps are excellent and should last me a long time.
Certainly, for a seatbelt-weave NATO style watchstrap with stainless steel hardware this is the best price I could find from a reputable seller online.

A nearly perfect buying experience.
The website was very user friendly. It was easy to find the products I needed. I was able to buy them in exactly the quantities I needed so no need to over-purchase AND postage was included, so extremely good value. Delivery was prompt too. For goodness' sake, what's not to like? And no, I'm not a fake reviewer! :)
