the batteries took 2 months to arrive. i filed a complaint with Paypal and got a refund. I was out of town when batteries arrived before i got home. I sent a message to Paypal to retract the refund of $16.90 and pay you. I hope they do and I am sorry for the complaint but Ive been stung before, not receiving orders I have paid for with Paypal. thanks, Sandra Dow

Rereview: After a long delivery time, the Panasonic battery folks reacted swiftly and sent me extra batteries that I sorely needed. Upon reflection, the pandemic was likely the reason for the original delay. Point being, they are unusually responsive to their customers.
