Once I ordered batteries I was surprised to see they were coming from Lithuania! They took a while to arrive but they did and they are good batteries. They didnt need much recharging and have been working very well.

*Extremely* slow shipping, beware
It's not at all obvious when ordering from the website that it will take 1-2 months for the order to arrive. Package eventually came from Lithuania but I would have certainly bought from another source if they had not been so deceptive on the website.

I had to reorder my last purchase
I had to reorder my last purchase because the wrong batteries were shipped. I didn’t return them or request a refund because they cost &6.50 and it would have been more trouble than it was worth. I reordered them and the second order was correct.

Good Quality Batteries, just very slow shipping
I still have not received the batteries. I placed this order on April 5th 2021. Today is May 21st 2021. No where on the site did I see that shipping could take this long. This is so frustrating. And customer service hasn't been able to provide me any information as to where my shipment is. They are very responsive to emails, which is great, but I need the batteries. I don't think I will be ordering from here again. This is crazy!
I wanted to update my review: I have finally received the batteries I ordered last week, they took almost 2 months to get here. The batteries arrived in perfect condition and they were exactly what I ordered. I can't give 5 stars because waiting 2 months is just not OK, but they did come, the product was great, for a good price, and the customer service has been lovely. As long as you don't need the batteries right away, this is a great place to order from to find challenging battery sizes. Thank you!

On the website we estimate delivery to the US and Canada to take 8-18 days via standard post, however, packages that were sent in early April were stuck in transit for a long time and most of these reached US very recently and we are really sorry to see this.
