Exceptional product. We are a bike rental company in Rome. Ever since we bought the Battery Tester, we know exactly what the condition of our batteries is and which battery to use in any given circumstance. So we came back and bought a specific adapter for Bosch batteries, and it also works perfectly! Amazing!!!

EDIT: Just been contacted by John from Batterytester.nl and shall be installing new sw on Monday. Really good customer service for the 2nd time, so 4 stars.
This tester just doesn't work consistently, been using it since May this year. Most times it takes 10 or more attempts to get the thing to work, constantly crashing/freezing. Won't recognise USB port or if it does instant freeze. Tried on multiple PCs.
I recently attended a course on Li-ion battery testing and this equipment was included as one of the testers, it failed, the instructor could not get their equipment to work either.

even when a bosch battery is connected with the right adaptor and the battery is fully charged... still get the message: "U is too low"

Hello, thank you for your message. Bosch introduced new firmware for their batteries. Because of this our Bosch Adapter was not working anymore. We found a solution however so that your current Adapter is working again. Please contact us by phone or mail and I explain. It might also be that you have the wrong sequence when testing a battery.
