The service is amazing
The service is amazing. I live a bit far away from the UK and was scared I wouldn’t get my package or that I wouldn’t get it in time. Fortunately it arrived after a week, which is insanely fast. Extra points for the two free patches I got with the order :) very much appreciated.

Ordered a jacket in L
Ordered a jacket in L, actual size was M at best. Sizing is very different to what they describe. Reached out arranging a return or exchange, was told they have a 2 week return policy which is no where on their website or any policy. Not heard anything since.

Ordered a patch the week before…
Ordered a patch the week before Christmas, must admit did have concerns whether I was leaving things a bit late, but no, it turned up in plenty of time. The patch was superb quality too. Definitely will use again in the future.
