Sick back patch, great delivery experience

Good quality vest
I wanted for months for the vest to come back into stock.
I waited because the website stated that free patches were included and I had seen other people wearing them at gigs and knew they were good quality.
I was disappointed to get only one patch.
I pointed this out and said that their ad was slightly misleading.
They have reflected on this and will now give 2 patches in the future.
Very happy with the vest.

Hi Mark,
I am sorry to see you have had to leave this review. I do limited runs of the vests as a small one company it can take a while for vests to come back in stock I didn't do preorders so that people wouldn't be waiting on them, so when they're in stock they're in stock.
The vests are £45 which is what you paid, I then give one or two FREE patches in each vest order to get you started off which I think is fair already considering you thought the vest was a good quality and matched the price point without any patches. You still got a free patch with your jacket and depending on my stock levels determined whether people got one or two patches for free.
I did also then take what you thought into consideration and decided that I would give two patches in each vest order as a minimum moving forward so I didn't feel the need to revise the advertisement.
I think that the main focus is that people are coming for a quality vest which is what you received. They also get a couple of freebies, I don't think that's a half bad deal.
