Had some trouble to start. Decided to give the 24/7 help line a try. Connected with a good man named Paul. He walked me through the whole diagnostic process and eventually helped me figure my problems out. Without Paul I would not have gotten the help I needed!

I contacted support to check whether Vic had seen my follow-up request since I didn’t have enough time to fully finish my ticket. Telegram was also acting up and my messages weren’t going through, so I was a bit worried about communication issues.

Angel responded quickly, stayed patient throughout the conversation, and immediately reassured me that the admin had already been informed. He also confirmed that Vic would reach out through Discord instead, which solved the issue completely.

Guys, if you want to try cheats, DON'T DO THIS ON battlelog.com. I bought EFT cheats (EFT Reaper) for 24 hours, and I spent 3 hours just downloading and trying to start this crap because you have to turn off all security systems (which sounds weird) and disable security boost. After all that, I got cheats that crashed my game every 2 raids and included a spoofer.

If you think this stuff is safe, it’s not true. When the cheat period ended (a few hours earlier than it should have), I played about one raid and got banned.
