“I had a very frustrating experience at first. I spent almost a full day in support getting different answers from different agents. Instructions kept changing (cheat first vs spoofer first, secure boot on/off), which caused a lot of confusion, wasted time, and even extra costs on my side.

Then I got connected with Roy — and honestly, he completely turned things around. He actually took the time to go through everything step by step, stayed patient, explained clearly, and fixed the issues properly. He also helped with multiple HWID resets and even arranged a product swap when it became clear the original one had issues.

In the end, everything worked perfectly thanks to him.

Support overall needs to be more consistent, but Roy is 100% the reason I’m leaving a positive review. If you get him, you’re in good hands.

Lee helped me so much with my cheat after it didn't work, I can tell they choose their staff wisely.

BATTLELOG PROGRAM AND DEVS SEEMS TO BE A COMPLETE SCAM due to program compatibility issues that aren't known until after purchase tech support just as lost as i was with windows 11 trying to disable secure boot to launch startup of program windows 11/10 bug issues that causes complete lock out of the pc when disabling secure boot still currently waiting for a refund for product that never worked spent over 12 hours trying to get product to work on a Saturday entire day gone not one game played or enjoyed this was by far the worst experience i,ve had with any mod menu/ launchpad horrid experience you have to delete and turn off every security feature, your pc has to even download 5 out of 8 different launchers/managing apps very invasive programs exposing pc to a multitude of viruses and malware this product wouldn't even be worth it even if it was permanent ownership let alone having to rent the programs you purchase battlelog needs to be shut down and erased poor product devs don't even care
