Truly extraordinary quality

I ordered two dressing gowns as a marriage present for my husband - and they arrived just in time for the wedding. They were both extraordinarily well-made - they look beautiful, feel delicious to wear and make you feel magnificent. Baturina's customer service can be a little a slow, but are wildly well worth the wait. Would highly recommend.

I ordered and returned several smoking jackets from other companies, because their sizing did not fit as advertised. This was the only company I could find that would do custom sizing. The smoking jacket (and hat!) I ordered are absolutely GORGEOUS and luxury quality. Heavy, high-quality fabric that feels amazing, beautiful embellishments, all around well-made. Most important, it fits exactly as I ordered. 100% worth the price and no regrets despite what I've written below...

Customer Service: 2 stars, which is being overly generous tbh
I ordered in January 2024 and it said to expect it late March 2024. I'm happy to wait for a quality, custom-made product! However, March came and went, and I emailed customer service several times asking for an update. I received an automated response saying they'll get back to me, but never did. All I wanted was someone telling me what was going on and what to expect, even if it would be months delay again. It was only in July 2024 once I said I would report them for fraud without an update that I received immediate response saying it was being shipped that week. Weird. Again, I didn't mind waiting, as long as I had reassurance I would actually receive it someday, and I shouldn't have had to threaten them to get a response.

This is an addendum to my earlier one star review due to poor communication and long delay.

I received my order of robes and cap. I was astounded with the detailed workmanship, rich fabric, and gorgeous looks. In a word, they are magnificent. I am very happy. 5 stars on the products.

The only reason for four not five is the delay. My advice to purchasers is to ask in advance for a realistic delivery date.

You will not be sorry you ordered from Baturina, their products are gorgeous.

I placed an order for 1 robe on May 25 which said a production time of 14 days, so I checked in on June 25, and they said "Your order will be shipped by the end of the week"

It's now July 21, no tracking number, no product, and no responses despite 3 more emails I've sent their customer service team and no updates at all.

It's sad that such "luxury" product which of course I won't know the quality of, comes with horrible below McDonalds level customer service. A luxury product should not come with garbage service, let alone while advertising 14 day production time and a "bespoke service".

Expect little/no communication and false statements regarding production and shipping times. I will be initiating a chargeback today as I haven't received any updates or responses for over a month and haven't received my product after 2 months of waiting.

Really bad service, I would recommend avoiding.

So I placed this order a while ago, so being completely custom and handmade I expected some wait, with this being said I feel like there could have been a little bit better communication with delays, with that being said though I am more than happy with this robe! I will definitely be ordering again, was absolutely worth the wait!

I ordered a smoking jacket and hat March 1, 2024. When I hadn't received it after two months, on April 30, I emailed Baturia Homewear and received a reply that read in part "Please note that we are currently experiencing a higher volume of emails than usual, and it may take us a little longer to respond. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to address all inquiries, and we aim to get back to you within 1-2 business days." They never got back to me. I've sent other emails and have had no response. I called their phone number and all I got was a recorded message that said all contact had to be through email. I doubt I will ever receive what I ordered and paid for.

Well, I finally received the smoking jacket and hat that I ordered. It arrived July 29. It took quite a long time. However, the jacket is beautiful and the hat adds a nice touch. The quality of the workmanship is superb. The company just needs to work on its customer service.

I ordered my dressing gown in February 2024 & told it would be delivered in April, then May, then June & then July, it arrived last week.
It is absolutely stunning and worth the £250.00 & £45.00 import tax. It is magnificent well worth the 3 month delay and numerous emailed. The workmanship & quality is outstanding.
I would have given a full 5 score if it was not for the three month delay & lack of communication.
If you had said at the first delay it would be another 90 days I would have not been as as frustrated.

I ordered a dressing gown on 14 January 2024, paid for it and 15 July 2024 I am still waiting for the dressing gown, my e-mails have not been replied to also I have tried phoning at various times and the phone has not been answered
I can confirm that the dressing gown has been received, beautiful item and well made - worth the wait - but communication is extremely poor from this company - and I might add this poor review resulted in the goods being delivered - four stars due to the length of time for delivery and lack of communication!

Ordered one (1) robe on March 26, I believe. It took a little time, because they have such a nice product and they are backed up a bit. I will make a final assessment when I receive my new shipment in the mail. In the meantime, I thank them for their timely responses with my order updates.

Well, I had my garment custom made instead of ordering off the shelf. It took 4 times as long as they originally estimated and they were not very forthcoming with updates or answering my emails checking on my order.... HOWEVER, the Robe is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful, made to the finest details and fit to perfection! I have ordered many, many, custom made articles of clothing in my 65 years and have had both good and bad experiences doing so but this Robe is the very best I have received all around. The value for product received is to the highest order, I have yet experienced. In short, they under estimate on time but far over deliver on quality and refinement of their product. I am excited to ponder my next purchase from them.

The product is very good, however delivery was two months late.

The dressing gown is perfect. Thank you! The deep burgundy red is just right and the collar curved round the neck is close but comfortable, giving a feeling of protection and being covered. The lining of the gown is cool to wear in warmer climates and soon warms up in colder places.

Fantastisk product but deliver way out of bounce!

The shipment was due end of March, no delivery, contact, new time, no delivery, new time, no delivery, new time....deliver roughly 3 months too late. On top, I had to write and ask about the product. This is not ok 2024 and consequently I will strongly advise everyone to find a new supplier

Some time ago I reviewed Baturina very badly as I had ordered a garment and had had no communication despite several attempts. This is a problem for them. However now my dressing gown has arrived I am absolutely delighted with it. It is a lovely product. I can only hope that the company improves its communication to match its products.

Excellent quality, features customized exactly as specified, and very cheap rush order option got it to me in a matter of days. Fleece lining is extremely warm, will likely not need any further layers beneath the robe unless my heater breaks in the dead of winter.

My robe ordered in February never arrived, despite the promise that it would arrive in mid-April.
I'm still waiting for shipment or an immediate refund.

Thank you for fixing the problem.

The bathrobe was decent for the price, the underwear was frankly ridiculously poor quality for €140.

I requested a refund, was promised this was not an issue, have not received anything after 5 mails and multiple promises it would be fixed "soon".

Amazing, i'm so happy

Everything was absolutely wonderful, and the garments are perfect, absolutely fantastic, instantly some of my favorite possessions. I would prefer the packaging, be a bit nicer, but perhaps that’s because customs riffled through it. And it would be nice if there is more detailed care instructions.
