I had originally cancelled the order…

I had originally cancelled the order and was told it was cancelled and I was refunded - but then I got the jewelry! I reached out to customer care and Andrea was wonderful helping me sort things out. I ended up keeping the jewelry and she helped me with that as well - always polite and quick to respond. I would give five stars but they did ship what they said was cancelled and while the jewelry is very pretty I am not thrilled with the clasps. They feel a bit inexpensive. I do like them tho, so kept them. Great customer service by Andrea!!!!

I purchased custom Mickey ears that my…

I purchased custom Mickey ears that my grand daughter designed in July 6th. Two weeks later nothing… I send bauble a message x2, the first customer care person At least gave me some hope that I would get a shipping confirmation by July 22. The second one said I will not get a shipping confirmation until the end of the week. This translates that my granddaughter will be let down. The shipping information should be more specific.

Jamie- with customer service helped me…

Jamie- with customer service helped me and she was amazing. I had a bracelet, and it came undone. The customer service was awesome, quick and fast. I reached out to them and sent them a picture. And then they’re already sending a replacement!

Well it didn't start off good..

Well it didn't start off good... got my product and it was broken. The return li k on the site wouldn't take the picture I tried uploading but Brittany stepped in and over email was able to help me out. I wanted a replacement item bit there were none available so she went ahead and did the refund for me without hesitation. Definitely made this a great experience...

Jamie in BaubleBar customer service was…

Jamie in BaubleBar customer service was extremely helpful when my daughter's bracelet broke the first day she wore it. She emailed back so quickly, it felt like I live chat. She understood that I didn't know if my young daughter was careless or if it was the product and I was able to get a replacement bracelet. Thank you Jamie and BaubleBar!

Don't order the gift box. Charm necklace is cute for young adults.

The charms and chain are OK for young adults. I'm sure the 'gold' color won't last long, but it's a cute, personal gift for the right age group. I ordered a chain with three charms as a highschool graduation gift. And a gift box. I mistakenly had it sent to me--actually a good mistake since it was packaged so poorly. If you pay online for a gift box, SEND THE ITEM IN THE GIFT BOX! While the box itself is attractive, the necklace comes in a small plastic bag--not very appealing for a nice gift....pretty tacky. Presentation is important, and I'm glad the recipient didn't receive it this way. It does not look as expensive as the almost $100 I paid.

1000’s of dollars worth of jewelry…Trash

1000’s of dollars worth of jewelry purchased.
EVERY SINGLE piece turned copper after a couple days of wearing. Horrible quality! So very disappointed with this company.
As such a large company with a huge following, you would think they would fix this problem. I will never purchase from them again. Everything is trash. Too bad because a lot of these items were gifts. It’s embarrassing and my friends/family just think I bought them cheap stuff. Baublebar fix your quality. I would give negative 5 if I could.

Never recieved my order

Never recieved my order, no tracking number, still not here, doubled the estimated time, its a charm with paracord costing 50 dollars this is a total scam and ripoff avoid at all cost, they have a number that wont recieve calls, scam, bogas, fraud. Ordered June 28, its July 11, its a braclet and they said 5-7 days delivery, sure.

I placed a large order and forgot (1) item. Kara, BaubleBar Care Associate, told me what to do so I could order the item and avoid a shipping fee. Kara was not only helpful but also very quick to respond to my email.

Chani was an exceptional customer…

Chani was an exceptional customer service associate during my experience with Baublebar. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the interaction enjoyable. I can only imagine that it’s dedicated and customer-focused team members like Chani who help build brand loyalty and continue to draw customers back to Baublebar time and time again.

The necklace I ordered was…

The necklace I ordered was unfortunately lost by USPS, and I wasn’t sure what steps I needed to take to resolve the issue. After a few days of trying to sort it out, I reached out to Baublebar for help. They responded within minutes and immediately took action to make things right. A replacement necklace is now being made, and I should receive it in about two weeks. Thank you so much!
