I've been buying Baublebar products for years now and I always love my purchases and experiences. Even recently when an error occurred with an order, Kara not only made sure the correct product was sent to me but she also gave me a consolation gift. Very kind and eager to make sure I was taken care of.

Long time collector of the Disney Bag Charms. Unfortunately, one arrived less than BaubleBar standards. Customer Service responded to me immediately, offered various solutions and locked in a customer for life. Love a company that cares about its customers.

I already loved Baublebar and the products, but my interaction with Chani further solidified my support of the company. Chani was amazing! She responded right away, was understanding, very apologetic and immediately took action to correct the problem. She was very thorough in explaining the next steps that would take place. Customer care is top notch!

The styles from Baublebar are so cute, trendy and affordable. Ordered my daughter gifts for her birthday and had to return one. Chani handled my return with no problem on the same day I requested it. Thanks for the great service!

I received 3 different bracelets as a gift, 2 of which were birthstone bracelets and unfortunately one immediately started tarnishing within the first day I wore it. I contacted Bauble Bar and Tiffany was super friendly, helpful, and efficient with getting me a replacement free of charge, and was able to do so without sending information to the person who gifted it to me. My other bracelets have held up well!

I love Bauble Bar products, but even more than that, their customer service is super fast and very gracious. Chani was amazing at helping me out with something. I'll be back to shop at Bauble Bar...

although i spent $244 on 4 items that were sooo pretty, the quality was not at all what i was expecting especially for the price point so based on this first and last experience, i will not be a returning customer and even wish i could get my money back. the best i can describe the quality would be as good as Shein jewelry and if this review helps you save your money then im totally fine with that

There was a broken clasp on an item I ordered. It was so easy to fill out the refund/exchange form and have a replacement sent out to me! I was very pleasantly surprised at how helpful the website and the customer service staff were. The whole process, including a confirmation of my new item order took no more than five minutes. And I got a follow-up email afterwards!

I bought my 4 year old niece a set of bracelets. They broke after an hour. She lives in a different state and by the time I got them back from her mom in the mail, the window to return the item had past. An hour. For $15. Will never buy anything from them ever again. Quality is junk.

A piece of my jewelry broke before I could even wear it, and Morgan at Baublebar could not have handled it better! I emailed customer service and heard back from Morgan within an hour. She immediately reordered the broken item at no cost to me, and was extremely clear, kind, and efficient. It's inevitable that things like this will happen, and Morgan at Baublebar sets the standard for how a company should respond. I could not have asked for a better outcome!
