Unfortunately the wrong size garment was sent. I ordered a size 10 & received a 14 which of course is going to be returned . Mistakes happen & im sure it will all be rectified in due course .

Delighted with my blouse and ordered another item immediately!
I ordered a blouse in 2 sizes. The order arrived swiftly and I am delighted with the quality and fit of the garment. I was so happy with the blouse that I decided to exchange the second garment for another blouse. The return of the second garment was easy once I had properly read and followed the instructions and I got a quick email response to acknowledge the return. I received the follow up refund email the next day. I contacted the service team about a query (a dim question on my part) and they were prompt to respond with kindness and helpfulness! Thank you.

by which time I'd gone away for a week so have not yet been able to try the item.
Compared to other companies I use regularly, this order took along time to reach me. Perhaps it was foolish of me to expect a quicker delivery time.

3 week delay on refund
Sadly the jacket I ordered didn't fit well and I had to send it back, the return process was straight forward but after 3 weeks still no refund! I had to call the customer contact team to get them to refund me and I'm still waiting for it!
