Excellent despatch service and great quality,environmentally conscious fabrics however return refunds are extremely slow which puts me off purchasing anything further from Baukjen.

Delivery felt slow and when Evri delivered the paper package was sodden even though I picked it up as soon as it was delivered.
The dress was nice but too long in the body for my 5ft 5 ins.

Another gorgeous product from this company. Everything is truly beautifully designed and made. I feel the sizing is a little 'off' - I'm one size in dresses, but in other items - shirts, and particularly, coats - even one size up doesn't seem to be a great fit. Not to distract from the quality, though. You are paying a premium, but you know exactly what you're buying, and why. Delivery was really slow - not sure if it's their fault or the carrier.

A very good company
I have bought fairly regularly from Baukjen and find it a good company, with speedy delivery, good sustainable packaging and reasonable postage costs. Those items that I have purchased have been of excellent quality and among some of my favourites.

It is the first time I have ordered from Baukjen although admired the clothing for some time, as the prices are higher than what I usually spend but I can see why. The quality of the two items I purchased is high, the feel of the fabric, the cut and perfect sizing.
My order was slightly delayed as a result of the bank holiday but I was updated immediately following an email I sent and the items were sent out that day. Excellent customer service
I know I will certainly be ordering again and can highly recommend.

Great brand, great service
I like Baukjen as a business they understand female fashion and their clothes are very well made and fairly priced for the quality. Their customer service team are responsive and very helpful. Please support them clothing in the UK has reduced in quality other than very expensive brands.

Robyn dark denim jeans staining
I purchased Robyn dark denim jeans. The jeans made my hands and shoes blue after washing them. It ruined my Adidas trainers. Baukjen refused to pay for the damages. I returned jeans, but had to chase up Baukjen for a refund after 14 working days since returning them. I am disappointed with the clothes' quality and poor customer service
