Whilst their prices maybe good, customer service is very poor

Whilst their prices maybe good, the customer service is dire, they do not respond to emails, and they place false discounts on their website.

If you’re buying based on the advertised discount, don’t bank on it, the code won’t work, even though it’s on their website.
Delivery wasn’t too bad although very little correspondence from them or notifications.
I would seriously be looking elsewhere for the next purchase.

Once you go BAX, you never go back!

My go to online shop for my musical journey. Multiple orders made already. I like that they never ever missed to deliver on my picked delivery dates. I tried G4M once, their next day priority shipping was still hasn’t been dispatched on the 4th day. So yeah, once you go BAX, you never go back.

I placed an order a week ago and…

I placed an order a week ago and received an invoice a few minutes later. Since then I have not received my order nor a response to the 4 emails sent. Tried to phone but busy all the time. Go elsewhere.

Great experience

Clear process checking out as guest and the email correspondence was excellent. Item arrived with no issue packed well. Have bought my next guitar pedal here as well due to the free postage.
