I ordered a guitar a while ago and the delivery time was quick. Guitar was good quality too and pretty much ready to be played. The guitar was a good deal.

Picked up a Fet XLR pre amp for a great price (Bax had the best price by a few pounds and free delivery). I would have given a 5 star but the packaging for this tiny preamp was a big box where it was bouncing around with a small plastic air bag that wasn't stopping it from moving. Based on previous experience and looking at the current reviews I wasn't sure whether or not to order but I feel like it worked out. Overall I'm happy that I got my product for the best price and didn't have to contact customer service or anything like that.

Easy check out, and often deals to be had. Delivery can be a little slow for stuff with suppliers, but youre given options in checkout for in stock items to come sooner which is fair.

What kind of company is this? These clowns should work with something totally different. Not service. Not trying to be (and only failing in being )“ a professional provider for music production and related services”

I am writing because I need your help with a purchase I made on the 15th of May in your company, and I did not received my parcel neither my refund.
I've been in touch with your inept and incompetent team and they've been lying to me , after more than a month writing endless emails they did not refund me my money , because they said the open and investigation with parcel force.
I don't care about your disgrace internal process, I need my money because you did not provide me what I bought , therefore your company need to process my refund inmdediately.
Contact your team from UK as they are a bunch of clowns and they don't have and idea about customer service, and tell them to process my refund.
