It arrived quite fast by post. When I noticed that the material doesn't fit for my speaker I contacted the Hotline by mail. I found immediately all relevant information for preparing the return and received a DHL shipping code by mail.

I had ordered a digital piano from the German website, which claimed that if I ordered now it would arrive two days later. However, 2 days later no information on whether the item had been shipped. I tried contacting the German number several times for customer service and it was unavailable or not in service. After seeing another reviewer mentioning calling the Netherlands hotline, I tried that as well. Once connected, they were able to transfer me to their colleague in the German customer service department (which is actually situated I believe in the Netherlands). After a few communications back and forth, they were able to track down my order and deliver the piano by the 3rd day. They said due to the piano being a large, heavier item, the delivery courier used would be different; thus the delay. So once I was able actually get a hold of someone to talk to, the process went smoothly. I think they should take down from the website the quick delivery time if they can not fulfill this, especially for "bigger" items. Therefore I would have deducted one star for the false advertisement on the website and another star for their posted contact/hotline not working. However, completely happy with the product and the customer service being able to resolve my issues quickly. The price was also cheaper than other online retailers. Hence the 4 star rating.
