It's a complete scam.

It's a complete scam.

I placed the order a month ago.

DHL confirmed that it never left the warehouse. However, the store gave me several tracking numbers and excuses for the delay.

A month later, they're still telling me to be patient.

The truth is, they stole my money, and the product never arrived. It never even left the warehouse.

It's fraud, it's robbery.

It's a complete scam

It's a complete scam. I ordered my piano a month ago. It said it was in stock and would arrive in four days. I'm still waiting. Customer service provides no information whatsoever. They make up excuses like "be patient" or that they're "working hard" to get the piano to its destination. The truth is, DHL confirmed that the piano hasn't arrived at their facilities because the store hasn't delivered it. It's a fraud. They keep the money and don't send the products. Avoid buying from this store if you don't want to be ripped off.

Over a week and still no delivery.

Your appraisal that my purchase has been delivered is a little premature. I ordered on 5th August and still haven't received my order. I've not received any dispatch information, nothing. After emailing twice and receiving no response, I eventually called a customer service number asking about my order. I'm told it will be delivered at some point this week. While I'm aware that the post in Southern Spain isn't the quickest, over a week to send a parcel seems. excessive. Couldn't you use UPS instead of Correos?

So, I've now called the customer service number again to get the Correos tracking information. It seems that Correos received the tracking info on the 6th of August but have yet to receive the parcel in order to send it to me.

Can someone please contact me to resolve this?!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM! I Ordered a Guitar to Cambridge along with an amp, initially they claimed it would be delivered in 1 week, and then they said that one of the amp chords was not in stock so it would take another week, after that my product was apparently' shipped'.... It's been OVER 1 months now since I ordered the guitar, the tracking number with parcel force shows advised, I haven't heard back on email and neither are they taking my phone calls !! I want my full refund or else my contacting my lawyer, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS

Ordered a product on May 1st

Update: after multiple negative comments online, the company has agreed to refund the money. Problem is, I now have to wait 7 days to get the refund (according to Bax). I have read plenty of reviews that they delay the refund process the same way they delay everything else. All in all a terrible experience and abhorrent service.

Ordered a product on May 1st. Received an email on May 5th that the product wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait until the week of the 29th. On June 5th they sent me a tracking number for the item but today, 7 days after they sent me the tracking number, the post office website still shows that there is no shipment with the provided tracking number. I've contacted the company multiple times just to be told to wait (if they respond at all).

Bax stole my money

TLDR; I cannot recommend this store. Bax stole my money (I still hope I can get it back). Service sucks and the physical stores have no stock.

I ordered a guitar at 27% off last year along with an amp on the over the phone because I wanted confirmation that I could pick it up at least that week.
At the time I thought I was doing the deal of a lifetime.

A few days later I still had not received a confirmation email to pick up my guitar and amp.

Meanwhile, I saw on my invoice that I received by email that there was an amplifier on there that I did not order.
When I called the service desk to correct this mistake the delivery time of the guitar had apparently also increased to 15 working days.

I had the amplifier cancelled because the delivery time of the amplifier I wanted was even longer and decided to wait patiently for the guitar.
A week later I received an email that the delivery time of my guitar had now increased to 26 weeks!!! and that my discount was no longer valid on this guitar.
I could impose the 27% and then wait 26 weeks if I still wanted the guitar.
I of course had the whole order cancelled and was deeply disappointed in Bax. I am not going to wait six months for a guitar that I have to pay extra for...?

Now we are several weeks later and I still don't have my money back. The service desk doesn't reply to my mails and doesn't answer the phone.
I don't know what to do, I paid bax +1200 euros and only got frustration in return. Now it seems like they don't want to pay me back.

The service desk people are not friendly, passive aggressive and have no product knowledge.
In the physical store I have also been twice for help but apparently they have nothing to say there, everything is determined in the Netherlands and there they apparently do not even answer the phone for their Belgian colleagues.
They didn't have many guitars or amps in stock in that store either.
I do not understand how such a webshop survives in 2022.

Be warned.

Why are you replying on my reviews instead of replying to my email? You should invest your time in replying to emails and helping your customers. This review would not exist if you would do your job properly.

Unreliable Customer and Delivery Service

I bought a Eurorack Behringer power supply from Bax music, which failed after 1 month and returned it to Bax under the repair warranty. Even though the Bax contract terms state a 4 weeks turnaround for repairs it's been 5 months now and I still haven't received my power supply back, let alone a refund. I received a parcel today from Bax supposed to be the repaired Eurorack power supply but it only contained a power cable..
Its not worth the risk to order from them, DV247 or Juno records have a reliable service.

Do NOT Use This Company - Not Trustworthy, Zero Contact

Over a week ago I placed an order with Bax Music for some Sennheiser headphones that were showing as in stock. Delivery should have been made a week last Thursday.

I received correspondence from Hermes on Thursday stating an attempted delivery was made that evening. It was not - 3 adults were home and our doorbell is exceedingly loud!

I received additional information via the Hermes' app to say a redelivery would be attempted the next business day. It was not. Nor the next ... nor any time since.

Attempting to contact Hermes was, as usual, utterly fruitless: they are the very worst example of a logistics company and their customer service is a misnomer as it does not exist. Even their drivers cannot escalate an issue on their customer's behalf.

The Hermes website said to contact the retailer directly.

Bax Music have (so far) failed to respond to 3 eMails and have not once answered any one of 5 phone calls, where I've been placed on hold for >15 minutes each time.

There are hundreds of recent complaints about Bax Music on TrustPilot and elsewhere, including a dedicated Facebook page concerning complaints about this company.

Do NOT trust this company. I would appear the company has failed but are still taking orders, especially given the nature of the other reviews on this and other websites.

I ordered pedalboard and power supply in baxshop and courier should come on Tuesday but he came on Wednesday and left the parcel at the door(closed because no one was home)When I finish my job there was no parcel and in hermes site is information that is delivered.I called Hermes and they sorry and reported lost parcel and told me I need to contact with seller.Seller from a week send me one mail with information that they have status delivered although I sent few messages with explanation this situation. Mi pedido nunca llegó, cuando llamé a la mensajería me dijeron que el paquete estaba dañado y que no me lo iban a entregar.
My order has never arrived, and when I phoned to the delivery company, they told me that the package was damaged and they wouldn´t give me it.

Me puse en contacto con la tienda que me dio dos opciones: 1) esperar, 2) cancelar el pedido y devolverme el dinero.
Then I sent to the store an email telling you about that and you gave me 2 options: 1) wait for my order that you would send me again, 2) cancel the order and you would give back the money that I have paid.

Escogí la primera opción pero no me contestaron. Tampoco me contestaron a otros 3 emails en inglés y en español que les envié en los sucesivos días a atención al cliente en españa y en holanda.
I have chosen the first option but they have not answer neither to other 3 mails in spanish and english that I have sent the days after to the customer’s service in spain and in holand.

En la web de la mensajería pone que el paquete ha sido “DESTRUIDO. Hemos recibido instrucciones de nuestro cliente de destruir el envío. Si necesita más información, por favor, contacte con el vendedor”.
I haved chacked the delivery company website and it says that the package “DESTROYED. We have received instructions from our client to destroy the shipment. If you need more information please contact your sender”

Ahora que ya ha pasado tiempo ya no quiero los productos, quiero que me devuelvan el dinero, pero nadie se pone en contacto conmigo de la tienda.
Now, long time after I want my money back but nobody from the store answer my requests.

Lamentable experiencia. Recomiendo NO COMPRAR NUNCA AQUÍ.

Well, finally I received the package, thanks to the interest of Mondial Relay, to which I had also made claims of delivery, and yesterday they sent me an email explaining the process and that it would be delivered immediately, they kept their word.
On your part, no satisfactory and much less explicit and positive response on the subject. So I leave the subject settled, of course, with a very bad experience with your company, which I take good note to never buy anything again and never.

Bien, por fín hoy recibí el paquete, gracias al interés de Mondial Relay, al que también había hecho reclamaciones de la entrega, y ayer me enviaron mail explicando el proceso y que sería entregado de inmediato, cumplieron su palabra.
Por parte de ustedes, ninguna respuesta satisfactoria y mucho menos explícita y positiva sobre el tema. Así es que doy por zanjado el tema, por supuesto, con una muy mala experiencia con su empresa, de la que tomo buena nota para no volver a comprar nada y jamás.

Avoid! Sent me a damaged guitar + terrible customer service & returns process

I bought a new Gretsch Jim Dandy (or so I thought), but when it arrived it had a scratch on it, as well as corroded frets. I emailed customer services about this, but over a week later I still hadn't heard back. So finally, I called them, they said they could only offer me a EUR 20 discount, which I didn't think was enough. I'd ordered a new guitar for a reason, so it would be immaculate.

Unfortunately the whole return process is a complete and utter joke. They don't bother collecting the guitar. They actually make you drop it off in the next town, not an easy thing to do if you don't have a car, especially considering the size of the packaging. I asked if they wouldn't collect it since I was returning it because it wasn't in new condition, not because I had changed my mind. They said no. So I decided to keep it after all, the cost of the taxi to drop off the guitar just wasn't worth it.

Unsurprisingly, it then took 19 days, 2 emails and another phone call for them to finally refund me the EUR 20.

Absolutely cured me from ever buying a guitar online again - well, from them at least...

The worst postsales service ever.

Still waiting for any response about my RMA. Had to service my amp because I needed it and I lost warraty. Never heard of them and never want to hear again.

Indignado ...

Today I arrived by Correos Cort guitar and the accessories I ordered on 26-09-17. Sincerely, there has been a lack of communication between Bax Music / Relay / Client, which is why I doubt that you will trust your services again.
Everything has arrived perfectly packed and protected. Good job !!
