Fraud company

Fraud company, after returning a product the company is lying about giving me my refund, its been 6 months now and they still haven't refunded me a measly £34.99, it was supposed to be £54.99 but they deducted money because refund was requested after 30 days, but i had a 2 year warranty with Bax-Music, this is just totally unacceptable and wrong to do this to someone, they basically stole money from me, bunch of lying crooks, obviously these comments are not all genuine, they go all out of their way to buy fake reviews, rather than to provide customers with genuine service, avoid them at all costs, or don't, do as you please.

The delivery was ok

The delivery was ok, I understand the delay. I was hoping to have a much better instructionshow to connect to big tv. I didn't know that I need to have another thing like Digital 2,4 GHz trådlös frekvens. Now, I don't know where to buy it so I don't know if i could ever use the microphones.

Received a second hand unit

Received a second hand unit, paid for a brand new...
Broken package, marks on unit. The previous owner was obviously a smoker since it stank of nicotine...
First and last time I buy something from Bax-shop.

Microphone had some scratches

Good shipping time. The only issue is that the microphone had a minor scratch on it. Reading the reviews here, it could be that I got a slightly used item (returned by another person?), but they had very-very good price on it and it's fully functional. Other minor items in the box had no issues.

I made an order at BaxShop.se that…

I made an order at BaxShop.se that BaxShop, immediately after paymant, changed the delivery time of from 2 weeks to 11 weeks.
I canceled the order because I could not wait that long and have still not, 4 month later, not recieved any refund.
During this time I had contact with one of their salesman, which seems rather nice and kind, and repeatedly reminded them about the case, but inhouse the company seems to completely ignore this case and do not seem to have any intention to paying me back the money that they owe me.

I now need to take the matter to the bank, which propably gonna cost me even more time and money to get the refund.

Make your self a favour and spare youre self from alot of trouble and do not buy anything from this compay...

Received damage items.

I received the Epiphone DC Pro that I ordered from the company and am a bit sad as there is some damage at the top of the head stock.
When I opened the outer shipping box I noticed that the original Epiphone carton was damaged but as the outer container shows no sign of damage is looks like this occurred before shipment to me.
I have purchase a few items from the company in the past and have always been very satisfied but this time it did not work out so well.
I purchased the Epiphone DC Pro because of its beauty, and now it feels a bit defective.
I have sent four e-mails to the help-desk but have received no response from the company.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I have been trying to cancel a order from januari without success. They where wery fast to answer when the order was placed, but now they wont answer at all.
I have been trying the swedish customer service without luck. I want a refund of the whole order because the lack of updates of the delivery times.
They first wrote 3-4 days, then it went to 1-2 weeks and after this, 8 weeks or longer! I then cancelled the order and there is no answer or refund to me.

Maybe Baxmusic should consider to dump…

Maybe Baxmusic should consider to dump their promise to deliver in time. 3-4 days, what a joke!

I have been doing business with Bax before. And even if the price is right. The delivery are not.

If you order on a Monday, then it should arrive on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday the latest. Not Tuesday the week after.

Do not claim to be able to do something that you can't
That is called LYING!

Its better that you are honest and give the customer a resonable time of reference. Rather a few days more and deliver faster then the other way around. That only creates badwill.

I buy because of need in time. Not have to wait almost two weeks to get equipment i can order from another company but at at different price.

The Gear seems to be ok though. So im quite happy. But just quite!

Undermålig produkt, krånglig garanti.

Produkten gick sönder och för att få den lagad eller utbytt så måste jag skicka den till England. Dels kommer jag nog aldrig att köpa Zoom-produkter igen och inte heller från en firma som har en .se-adress som man inte kan få support på svenska från.

Edit: Sent you a message a few days ago but no reply. Also tried to fix this easy post thing but the page switched to dutch (or similar) and I don't know where to go from here. I still need to get the broken Zoom F1 to be fixed and I am positive this is not done by mishandling of the product of any sort.

selling used and new!

insane. ordered three products; two came in boxes that had been opened and re-sealed. the røde mic showed signs of wear!
i directly emailed customer support but not a sign of life or interest.
if i buy a "new" product i expect it to be exactly that

Somebody had already opened my package before it got delivered

Satisfied with the delivery time, but i would've wished that the package the product was delivered in wasn't damaged. I noticed it by the red ribbon that keeps the v moda package closed and shows that the package is unopened, was already cut off when i got the package. Not only that the plastic shield protectors that are on the sides of the headphones were already removed and placed at the bottom of the package. So yeah you're right the product was delivered in a damaged package that was already opened and that's not ok to be honest.

I will never buy from Bax Music again

I will never buy from Bax Music again.
I never got an e-mail with shipping details and tracking number.
When I called to ask whats happening with my order they told me my order got redflagged as a scam. They never contacted me about this though! Even though they thought my purchase might be a scam, they directly withdrew the purchase total from my account.

With a promised delivery within two days I'm still waiting close to two weeks later for my product.

Total lack of customer care

Good company

The delivery was very fast - no problem there, but I wanted to return the item, and it took time for them to process my return.
Other than that, they are correct company with good prices, fast delivery and 60 days return policy.
