U heeft zowel met ons als met de leverancier contact gehad, en wij hebben u beiden een oplossing aangeboden. U kunt zich hier niet in vinden, omdat u een terugbetaling wenst, terwijl wij u een kosteloze reparatie hebben aangeboden.
Wij hopen dat u begrijpt dat een verkoper altijd de gelegenheid moet krijgen om een passende oplossing te bieden. In het geval van een slaapmat die tijdens gebruik lek raakt, is reparatie de juiste en enige redelijke oplossing. Terugbetaling van het aankoopbedrag is daarom niet van toepassing.
