Dads birthday puzzle came and box was damaged. And they were double pieces in box. So unable to do jigsaw.

No contact from customer. If we had known we would have rectified the problem immediately.
Box was in perfect condition when it left our warehouse. The double pieces was a manufacturing fault and was quickly rectified by Gibsons.

I have used Baxter's for quite a while now. The service is first class and the communication throughout the order process is excellent; delivery for each order has been very prompt and ahead of scheduled delivery dates. I cannot fault Baxter's and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic online shopping experience
I have used Baxtersonline before at Christmas time to order jigsaws and find their website easy to use, it is easy to place your order and pay for the items you order. The Gibsons jigsaw I ordered this time as per last time was packaged fantastically well, was well priced and delivered in a suitable time from when it was ordered. From placing my order I was kept upto date by email of the state of my order. I have been extremely impressed by Baxtersonline and would recommend them to other customers.
