Great service and really pleased with product.

Castello Aged Stone Ceramic Lamp. These lamps are gorgeous! To me the effect is more like rusty metal than stone but they look great! They are very heavy! They come with the shade, which I hadn’t realised! If this is the sort of lamp you are looking for, you won’t be disappointed with these. They were delivered quickly and very well packed in reinforced boxes.

Beautiful product, shipped quickly & well packaged

I only gave 3 stars because I waited far to long for my order. I phoned to see where it was and the young lady was very apologetic and said it was a good job I phoned as my order had been forgotten. I received within a couple of days of my call. Happy with my order and would place an order in future. Things can go wrong anywhere.

Ordered an item end of November which was out of stock but could pre order as according to their website, more stock was due in mid December. Made an account so I could track progress but my order never appeared on it. No information other than an email acknowledgement from Baytree. Mid December came and went, no update. Sent an enquiry which was answered to say stock was not now due until after Christmas as their container had been delayed, no apology given. An update on the situation from Baytree would have been appreciated along with an apology for the delay without me having to chase them. The item finally arrived on 30th December. Rather too off hand in their attitude for me to bother buying from again.

I have been trying to return a faulty item and they have been no help. They have tried to be as awkward as possible. This has been over a period of months. Dreadful customer service.

Really good service. Good price for item gave me an estimated date when order was placed and then delivered approx 3 days early. Item was exactly as described and in perfect condition. Can’t fault them!!
