during the covid 19 period never has…

during the covid 19 period never has the BBC been so biased against a government that the producers seem to have put their agenda forward through their reporters who then aggressively ask the same questions again and again and sadly we never get to hear any real questions of what the public what to ask just the same stupid questions coming from the same anti establishment reporters how they are becoming loathed by the public who actually pay their wages thankfully we can switch them off as many many of us are doing.

unobjective

Objective journalism seems to have been one of the main victims of the coronavirus situation. The BBC seems to want to bad mouth the Government rather than give the balanced reporting that used to be the BBC hallmark.

BBC News

BBC News
In the old days you could rely on the BBS reporting news. These days it just reports their opinion, which is very much a left wing bias, Most people they have on for their opinion either conform to the left wind bias or hae "communication problems beyond their control", and never get asked back.

I have stopped paying the telly tax, not going to pay to be indoctrinated with left wing BS, inclusivity, everyone has a prize. SJW testicular dangly bits.

Why funding of the BBC by the public should be stopped.

I ended up lodging a formal complaint with the BBC:

"
YOUR COMPLAINT:

Wild statements by the BBC

This morning immediately prior to the start of BBC Breakfast you ran a promotion for your program 'Outside Source'. This included this clear statement:

"Our immigration laws are a laughing stock all over the world"

This is to put it mildly, a sweeping statement. Can the BBC justify this claim by listing every country that has clearly supported this view.

I cannot think of a better example of the BBC distorting the facts for its own benefit. "

After three emails claiming they would respond (this being the first):

"We’ll do our best to reply as soon as we can, but the time needed depends on the nature of your complaint. If we can’t reply as soon as we’d like (usually within 10 working days) we’ll let you know."

I then lodged another formal complaint after a second similar email, to complain about not receiving an answer to my question after six weeks. This was their 'final' response. To me it was obvious they were unable to find any justification for their original statement so they just copped out:

"Dear  Mr Davies

We’re contacting you to apologise that we were unable to reply to the complaint you made last year to the BBC. We regret that we could not provide you with our usual level of service.

This happened because of unprecedented numbers of complaints submitted to the BBC at the time, and unfortunately we could not manage to reply to everyone. We would like to reassure you however that we circulated your complaint to the production team and BBC management the following morning, so they were aware of yours and the other overnight feedback the next day."

This underlines why the BBC should no longer be funded by the license payer as they treat them with contempt, no wonder they work with the maxim "we know what's best for you". I am disgusted.

Two be honest i am reluctant to give it…

Two be honest i am reluctant to give it one star!, Its the most Biased Anti British News (He Says Laughingly!) Channel out there!, Absolutely not fit for purpose, full to the brim with self opinionated bigoted hugely left wing interviewers, ambush reporters, and general haters of the British way of life!

Biased rip-off

Blatantly biased against Brexit and against the working class. Unacceptable as they take our money to then feed us lies and half-truths.

Biased and Overpaid

No longer a British Institution. News reporting is biased and lacks truth and fact. The BBC has sealed its own fate. They are under the impression that money will keep flowing into their coffers and they are untouchable. Bit like the EU really!

Can't trust the BBC to be unbiased…

Naively I was of the opinion that the BBC did their best to provide an unbiased and accurate reporting of current events, sadly with a little research on my own part reveals this not to be the case. There is a definite bias towards conservatives in matters of politics and a cleared dislike bordering on hatred of supporter of nationalism. Sorry to say I have lost all faith with the BBC and unfortunately no stars is not an option for that would be my award.

Awful customer support. Never received my parcel, still waiting for refund.

I ordered a few items on Bbcdoctorwhoshop (which appears to be the same website as bbcamericashop.com). One week later, I received an email notification saying that my order had been sent to an address that didn't look at all like the shipping address I entered when I ordered!
I immediately sent an email to the customer support address provided on their website. No answer, then a Mail Delivery Subsystem notification: this email address doesn't exist. Il also tried the customer support email adress provided on bbcamericashop.com, with the same result.

Afterwards, I tried the online customer support chat, and managed to talk to someone. The person I talked to (or was it a bot? I'm not really sure) confirmed that the parcel had indeed been sent to a wrong address. First, they told me to contact the carrier (which one? I'll never know, as the tracking of the parcel didn't work, and no online tracking website seemed to recognize the number) to try and solve the problem on my own.
I explained that as the error was theirs, not mine (which my interlocutor had difficulties to understand), they had to solve it. Answer: "I'll talk to my superior and she'll contact you".

Later, having received no new from my order, I opened an enquiry on Paypal, and then I tried talking again to the online customer support. This time the person I talked to explained that they couldn't change the address or send anything to my address (apparently, my address was too long - or something like that - so they took the initiative to send the parcel elsewhere instead!). I asked to be refunded, and the person said “ok, you will be refunded”.

Three days later, I received only a partial refund via Paypal.

I contacted the customer suppport again, they say that they did a full refund, and thay Paypal is holding the rest of the funds. I see nothing about that on Paypal, so I’m not sure I should believe it. So I transformed the Paypal enquiry into a reclamation, and I’m still waiting for Paypal to solve it.
