Bad webiste and way too slow customer service
Be very careful if you buy from this site. I set up and order and went through the process of placing the order, but the website did not change after I clicked the button to place the order: the page did not clear, I did not get a confirmation, and my shopping cart did not empty. So I did the whole process a second time. Although the website did not give me any confirmation, I did apparently place the order because I got two confirmations with different order numbers by e-mail.
I immediately e-mailed through their website asking for them to cancel one of the orders. I e-mailed on Saturday, November 29th, specifically asking them to cancel one of the orders, and again two days later. I got a reply on Thursday, December 4th, that the orders had shipped and I should have called. It took them five days to notice my e-mail. Although the e-mail was polite and was specific to my concern, and they said I could return one of the packages, apparently at my own expense, for a refund, it did not acknowledge the bug in the e-mail or offer any apology.
