After i submit all documents he ask me that my passport need to be at least 6 months
And if I continue with this passport its necessary to change it in the future with new one
And that cost 500$
I ask them to refund my money I don’t need to go ahead with the service and ask me that he reduce 100$ fees for refund and the refund take more than 2 weeks
He wast my time
I still waiting for my money to be refunded to my bank account

Avoid at all costs.

This is our direct experience and don't let bbci convince you otherwise:

-Undisclosed fees
-Professional grade gaslighting from 'customer support'
-Price gouging
-Demanding hundreds of dollars in fees
for simple activities that literally cost 0 to them (eg registering UBO's in BVI is currently free according to the regulatory body, but BBCI demand $500)

Our company renewal has been left incomplete because we do not agree with their fees or practices.

This company is just an affiliate website, a 'middle man', and will farm you out to the highest bidder with huge margins on top.

They did not engage with us with any level of respect for their client, and have no interest in transparency or accountability.

This is our experience based on actual events.

We highly recommend you find alternative services and will be contacting the regulator to highlight this 'turd in the punchbowl'.

EDIT - As you can tell from their obviously disingenuous reply, everything I have listed is true. They also flagged this review as being 'illegal' or 'harmful' in an attempt to have it taken down.

I opened two companies through…

I opened two companies through BBCIncorp — one in Hong Kong and one in the United States. During the process, I was told via WhatsApp that the EIN (Employer Identification Number) for the U.S. company was included in the package.

However, after weeks of waiting and following up, I was suddenly told that I had to pay an additional €150 to get the EIN. It's not about the €150 — it’s about the principle. If something is included, it should not come with surprise fees later on.

Furthermore, BBCIncorp promises a dedicated point of contact for both the Hong Kong and U.S. entities. That is simply not true. After the sale is completed, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. They frequently ignore messages, and support is practically non-existent.

The company feels purely commercial — once they’ve received your payment, the level of service drops dramatically. This is especially problematic when setting up in Hong Kong, where having your accounting and compliance in order is extremely important. Without proper guidance or communication from BBCIncorp, this becomes unnecessarily difficult.

I would not recommend BBCIncorp to anyone who values transparency, service, or ongoing support. There are better, more reliable providers out there.

Waste of $1600

I was told before i register my business that they "have a partnership with airwallex" and that it would be a very streamlined process getting an airwallex account & payments activated. Now, 2 months later I've still been unable to get an approved airwallex account and the BBCIncorp team are essentially saying theres nothing they can do & that I just need to keep opening new accounts with airwallex and trying again. I've now opened 5 new accounts and all have been rejected with no explanation and absolutely minimal help from either BBCIncorp and Airwallex

I have been waiting for over three…

I have been waiting for over three months to receive my EIN, and this company has done nothing but give me excuses and empty promises. They initially told me it would take three weeks, yet here I am still without my EIN, unable to move forward with my business because of their complete lack of efficiency.

Every time I ask for an update, they reply with generic responses like “we are following up” or “we have reminded the team.” Absolutely useless. They do not provide real solutions, just delay after delay.

At this point, their negligence has cost my business money and time, and they refuse to issue a refund despite failing to deliver the service. If you are considering using their service, stay away. They will take your money and leave you waiting indefinitely with no accountability.

If I don’t receive my EIN today, I will make sure that everyone knows how unreliable this company is by sharing my experience across all my platforms. Avoid them at all costs.

Unreliable / Only after your money

I originally went through the process and opened a company with them which went smoothly. However, I then later tried to close the company since I was not using it. They required a large fee to do so and almost 6 months later have still not completed what I paid them to do. Every time I send them an email they say they are working on it but I have not seen any results.
