Made an order on Sunday needed by the next Sunday. They needed my ID this was sent to them on Thursday (timeline was tight)
They never responded since the Thursday. That Sunday when the starter pistol was needed as gone. Had to source the gun somewhere else.
I asked for my money back on email. as I have not received the gun and I no longer need it. But zero response… seems like a recurring issue for a long time basis the reviews. Hire more people/inform people of your slow response/inform people they need to be clear in their first order as your subsequent responses are slow… the company needs to be slower in responding to orders as they seem to get a fair amount of orders wrong. Slow, steady, steady =fast and accurate.

This was my first time buying a bbgun not good experience.
I would like my money back so if you’re seeing this bbgun4less respond to my email, I no longer need the gun just want a refund.

bought a alien pulse rifle for my nephew they sent the wrong battery after countless calls /emails manage to get a reply then they again sent out the wrong battery again being useless ended finding a battery on amazon that worked my advise look else where

ordered 3 pistols on saturday night and they arrived tuesday morning, cant get faster delivery by post than that, guns were exactly as described and all working perfectly, great easy to use website with alot of choice from budget springers to professional gas powered and a great range of clothing and accessories too

Absolutely shocking experiences with this company. Ordered pistol, arrived quickly but wrong model sent. Trying to contact them is nigh impossible. I returned pistol and filed a return through PayPal.

Month or 2 later, they were the only company with a rifle case I wanted and at a very good price. Paid online, no confirmation email, no tracking, nothing. After nearly a week of ringing (which is impossible) and emailing I had to file yet another case on PayPal.

Never ever again will I use this joke of a company.

I have sent 2 emails asking for contact after the battery and cable on my purchase got so hot that they were smoking I had to immerse in water to stop it Luckily I was close to a bucket of water I have had no contact from the company It was a scary incident which could have led to a fire I just want to send the purchase back and get a refund

I ordered a mystery box with express shipping on the 10th July, I got the confirmation email and the the money was taken from my card. Fast forward to the 14th July and the order still does not appear under the "My Orders" section. Tried calling customer service and no answer, and no replies to the 2 emails that have been sent. This used to be a great company but I am now on the verge of claiming the money back from my credit card as I have no idea if the order actually exists.

its unfortunate I've orderd 3 times, and had issues with all orders. bb pistols jamming, clogging, and nunchucks that only had 1 working swivel handle. tried to contact with no reply years ago, I would like some working ones as part of a collection and personal home hobby.

you have sent the wrong one ,it should have been, black action, blue stock,this is not what i ordered and is not what i want. this will be the last order i will send you.

Recieved my order literally on the next day with their fastest delivery, bought a gas Pistol, gas and BB's. Gun is literally new, not a single scratch (i was scared it'll look used like other reviews say, looks like its BS or theyre buying cheap crap and expect gold), got a friendly message from the store owner in the order which was really nice and made me smile, everything was wrapped VERY well to the point even the box itself looked like it wasn't even touched. I dont understand the bad reviews, for me the experience couldn't have been any better. Thank you for my Raven pistol, I cant wait to buy more from you guys 10/10 😁 oh and I tried the gun immediately and shot a lot of times, its solid and the blowback is so satisfying. cant wait to take it to an airsoft field. Don't listen to the bad reviews, theyre all full of crap and people wanting gold for cheap or dont do research on the product that they buy, then they cry and blame the seller when its the manufacturers fault. But yeah, Thank you bbguns4less, top job ♥️

I was interested to note that Jonathan Crick (Mr bbguns4less) felt the need to leave himself a glowing review! It does make you wonder about the validity of other similar reviews.

Ordered a rifle with scope and some pellets and credit where it's due, it arrived next day. Sadly it was the wrong one, I emailed immediately and waited for a response.

24 hours passed with no reply so I took photos showing the incorrect item, sent them and waited for a response. I tried calling but it is impossible to speak to a person, they just send you round in circles with recorded messages.

24 hours passed, still no response, so I repacked the items and following the website instructions took it to the carrier drop off point, paying for the return myself. Later in the day I received an email to say they would send out the missing item. Clearly, this was prompted by the email they would have received from the carrier telling them they have a parcel inbound.

I told them not to bother as the parcel was already with the carrier. They received the parcel then asked me if I wanted them to send out the correct item. I told them I just wanted a refund plus reimbursement for the cost of return shipping, as promised on their website.

I was refunded for the rifle but not the pellets, they said they were not in the parcel - they were. I asked for the cost of the return shipping and was met with silence.

I started a dispute with Paypal and Jonathan Crick (Mr bbguns4less) said he would reimburse me for the pellets - he hasn't to this day.

Dealing with this company has been a dreadful experience and I would encourage people to look elsewhere. If this is the world of BB, I don't want to be involved.

I'm a repeat customer many times over. Great prices, communication, delivery times and any custom work that has been done is always exceptional.

It’s a decent gun for a first time one feels a bit cheap but is a very good gun and is very powerful I would recommend this to anyone trying to get into airsoft and for practise wouldn’t recommend as a professional gun to take onto the battlefield

Have dealt with bbguns4less multiple times always a great experience, good prices, helpful staff, very rapid despatch and having visited their site personally recently can confirm they must have one of if not the largest stock or Airsoft gear in the UK 10/10 would recommend
