Came and fixed dryer, charged over half of the price of a new one and the dryer stopped working again in two months. They won’t repair it unless we pay $89 again for a technician to come over. That’s ridiculous. Avoid them because you will just waste money.

Extremely bad experience. I would strongly advise people to avoid this company.
When the technician came to repair my dishwasher, I specifically told him that I was not sure about the water valve and was worried about it. He told me not to worry and said he would handle it. Because of his mistake, the valve was not handled properly and it caused a flood in my house.
Water went through my kitchen and into the basement, causing significant damage. What makes this situation even worse is the way the company handled it afterward. I repeatedly asked them to provide their insurance information so the damage could be addressed, but they refused and have been ignoring my emails.
So now I am left with a flooded kitchen, water damage in my basement, and a company that takes no responsibility and refuses to cooperate.
This was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. If something goes wrong, do not expect them to help or take accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company.
