I will leave all the original details below but after issues with support, learning that if you send messages after your initial message, then you get sent to the bottom of the pile, which I think is a bad system.

I bought a product that was available on their website but after a month and multiple attempts to contact support, I was told that it had been sold out, not great.

Regardless after leaving a bad review support got back to me and reimbursed me for that purchase, nothing more.

I placed a second order, the products that arrived are very good quality and seem very well tailored towards a pleasurable experience for a woman compared to other toys on the market. For this reason I have left a 3 star review instead of a 1 star.

Order placed on December 5th, nothing has been shipped, I have contacted support 3 times and still have not received a response, where is my order or where is my money back. Ridiculous.

(Update 12/01/26 - I have been in contact with support and am awaiting an order as the things that I ordered were somehow out of stock even though available for me to purchase on their website? and I was not notified of this and left to wait a month, I did not receive a response until I left a bad review where they told me that every time that you contact support you are put at the bottom of the pile, which is a ridiculous system for an originally month old support ticket that no one bothered to check on, let's see, when my order arrives I will update accordingly)

Great selection and easy ordering process

I’d give zero stars if I could. Keep sending me the wrong thing, three times in a row. I have asked for a refund but nobody has responded to my request. Super frustrated. Find another retailer to buy from. Customer service, nonexistent. Quality control, also nonexistent. What a disappointment.

I LOVE the products I bought. Super high quality and fun items. The only negative is I bought lube, it arrived and was broken. I was issued a replacement right away, (the customer service is AMAZING) and the second one came broken too. I wish they’d package the breakable glass items with more packaging or padding to keep it from getting smashed. To be fair, Amazon was the delivery service, and they are not known for being gentle with packages. 🤷‍♀️

The main reason I was drawn to this toy was the price of it for how many different functions it has. It's extremely versatile and affordable. I even bought another after my first one broke.

For a toy, it lasts long (to me). Around a year. and I do pleasure myself with it fairly often so I truly think you can't go wrong with this purchase. ;)

Honestly great customer service. I order some toys as Christmas gifts and I was worried they wouldn’t come on time. I reached out and got a response fast. User error on my end for not paying attention to when I ordered. So excited to give everyone their gifts

Never got my package. When I tried to speak with customer service, no one could help. No refund was issued and the missing package was not taken as a priority.

Items were returned to sender twice, with no refund in sight, due to errors on their shipping labels.

I was able to take advantage of the 1 year warranty on one of the products I bought last year without issue. The representative I emailed was very friendly and responsive, but there was a small delay between the confirmation of my address and the confirmation that my replacement product was being shipped out. I had to send a followup email to get the ball rolling. Otherwise, no complaints!

There was a problem with shipping and customer service immediately responded to my email and fixed the problem.
