A bit disappointed
The “discreet” bank statement was straight up the name of the company, so I had to wait 3 days before the ‘pending’ went away so I could edit the statement. Second, I have not gotten any shipping updates at all and it’s been a business week. Lastly, I got a deal at checkout and decided “sure!” but because of the checkout set up I was not able to see the order in total so I wasn’t aware of the final cost. I understand that is how many sales are made, however it felt cheap.

High quality products
High quality products, good shipment and packaging. As the 'outlet' segment the packaging is minimal but effective, and i.e. manuals are online rather than printed with the product, but they did not skimp on the products themselves. It's the right set of tradeoffs to get really good prices.
