Great place to do business with
Prices were competitive. Parts were delivered on time. I also appreciate the fact that they inserted a card and a small gift in the package and thanked me for my business even though I didn't spend alot of money with them. That is in my opinion good business and goes a long way with customers. It is rare to see this in customer service today. Thanks for taking care of my needs.

Great griddle but incorrect delivery
This was a gift for my son and I thought it was supposed to be delivered last week but it was delivered to the wrong address. The homeowner called to ask if my son wanted to come get it because he was in a cast and could not do it. My son was ill for a week with the flu though and he could not go get it. It showed up yesterday (1/11/26) at my son’s but we do not know how it got there. Did the original recipient bring it over or did the shipper do it? Regardless, my son is very happy with the griddle and is looking forward to using it for years to come, so no complaints about the actual product.

Got the sauce and rub bundles for both my sons for Xmas - they just love grilling and love the tasty variety. This has become an annual holiday request and the products do not disappoint. Great customer service and prompt shipping !!
