Fantastic customer service
We had a delivery issue and did not receive the BBQ cover. BBQ Barn customer service were excellent and sent out a new cover which arrived the next day while they investigated what happened. BBQ Barn and ourselves are still no wiser who received our package. Well done the BBQ Barn team and many thanks

Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Came in with every intention of purchasing, but had some questions and decisions to make. The staff were patient with my process and made sure to answer each query I had. In addition to amazing customer service, I was set up with everything I needed to get grilling fast!

Purchase of Outside Kitchen units

Very good service and the bbq was at a good price..

Delivery issue but we'll resolved
My order was late due to an issue with the delivery company which meant I didn't have the products for a BBQ I had planned. However, once notified, BBQ Barn quickly resolved the issue and got in contact to apologise and offer a full refund. Excellent customer service and will use again

Found the BBQ barn just by chance
Found the BBQ barn just by chance , & purchased a Broil King bbq today . Faye was amazing & so knowledgeable we will never go anywhere else now for anything bbq related . Absolute fantastic service
Absolute fantastic service. Faye responded to my initial email. On arriving at the Sidcup Store both Faye and Dave were very welcoming. Dave was very knowledgeable and honest with his suggestions. Paul was also brilliant when we re-visited the store. I would highly recommend you go to BBQ Barn and don’t waste your time anywhere else.
