Very easy to order. Plenty of information and arrived quicker than expected. Loving my new BBQ!

Product delivered on time and as promised.

First off the BBQ itself is a great bit of kit, took me an hour plus to assemble on my own, would’ve been easier with two! Very pleased with it.
The only poor experience I had was it was delivered by a pallet service and had no idea when it was going to arrive, or what notice I’d be given, which reading the small print seemed like a disaster waiting to happen as if I wasn’t in I’d be charged again for delivery which wasn’t cheap.
Strongly worded email to their customer services led to a phone call from them the next morning, I have to say they were great and true to their word, received confirmation of delivery dates and a call from the driver when en route.

Very prompt delivery of our new bbq. Also ordered a cover which did not arrive with the bbq.
This was quickly rectified once I contacted the company and the new cover was delivered a couple of days later.

Ordering online was easy, the price was competitive, we were kept updated about delivery dates and times and the delivery was on time.
Very pleased with the whole experience

I bought the new Ranger Outback from BBQOutlet and it came on a pallet just as they said and on time .
This is a upgrade from my worn out Outback Hunter which gave me years of outdoor cooking the Ranger looks the business as it’s ready to go and should do the same.

A good company to deal with. We had a few issues with the order but these were rectified and resolved very quickly.

You didn’t have the product and I had to have a refund

Poor experience, eventually rectified but only because they inadvertently sent me details of 11 other customers and knew I had them by the balls. Issues were due to poor comms about delivery scheduling, which I see is a theme. Check your orders carefully and look out for extortionate hidden missed delivery or return charges.

Great delivery and price Outback barbecue is very good. Be warned the barbecue comes in kit form. Mechanical assembly ability needed.

Website implied item (Outback Jupiter 4 BBQ) was in stock and could be dispatched immediately. This was not the case. When I queried delivery schedule (they had failed to provide any useful information with my order confirmation), I was told they needed to get the item from Outback and that it would be about 3-4 days before I would receive it. I was given the option to cancel the order, no apology was given for misleading information.

Great price, great service. What's not to like?

I ordered a Meater thermometer on Saturday. The website said: Availabilty-immediate dispatch. Today, Monday I received an e Mail to say the item is out of stock and there is no information about when it will be available. Just looked in their website and it still says: Immediate dispatch. Very angry, feel I’ve been completely misled. Order cancelled, and reordered from a reputable honest supplier.
