I've had a really positive experience with BCA Contracts. My main point of contact was Ryan, following a recommendation. He was very professional and polite. He has arranged a visit to my house at a suitable time and was very punctual.

He used his expertise to advise on which areas should be tested for asbestos and took the samples away with him.

The results came after about a week.

Even after I've paid the invoice,the aftercare was brilliant. I emailed Ryan a few more times with some questions and I've always received a prompt response. Ryan was very polite and never made me feel uncomfortable about asking questions.

I will definitely be recommending BCA contracts and using them again in the future.

Contacted BCA to carry out an asbestos management survey on a house I am in the process of purchasing. From my first contact with BCA to obtain a quote, through to receiving the report, communication and service was excellent, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend BCA Contracts.

Your engineer arrived quickly and was helpful and friendly he took two samples and said he thought they would be negative. The analysis didn't take long and in fact did not find asbestos present in either sample.

They were really great taking our ceiling and roof sample, only issue was that the lab doing the test took longer than estimated but overall was a good service and they always kept good communication with us.
