bCasino does know how to treat their players well. a lot of no wager bonuses given, sometimes free cash spins and cash bonuses too. customer service is also very efficient. there were a few times when i had issues with my deposits possibly due to bank restrictions or payment system issues due to country of residency, and even though it took a little while to resolve, they did not leave it unresolved and found a way for players like me to be able to make deposits much easier.

i play at other online casinos too when i can't deposit to my bCasino account but i always try again and go back to bCasino because of the great service and my favorite slot and live casino games.

The is really good-looking. There is a nice games library, customer support is helpful, for now, they rock.

This casino lures you with high bonuses, but all be careful not to fall for it. I've now been stupid enough to make a 2nd payout and again they take the money I won because they say I bet too high. I am 100% sure that I never play above 2 euros and say hard that I have played above 4 euros. It is very clear that they like to take your money, but when payment has to be made, which is almost always less than what you deposit over time, they are not at home at Bcasino. Just corrupt, no other words for it. DON'T PLAY SO

Worst Gambling Site EVER....I have made deposits in the past,,,,i got an email with 2 euro cash bonus to spend ,,,and you know of course there is playthrough requirements which i understand,,,,But i managed too get it up too about 80,,then realised still had playthrough requirements of 125,,,went down too 30 then won big up too 190,,,,in the end left it at 160 which was well past playthrough requirements,,,they allowed the withdrawal...confirm passport ect...then they rejected my withdrawal saying This in the EMAIL as of 08/06/2021 - Dear Kevin,

this casino does not deserve any stars since a deposit of 20 euros did not receive anything bonus so i went to look for a game had 50 free spins won some euros. so i went to play in another game won 100 euros to get 90 euros still had to pay a percentage of the my earnings. I never received anything. I received an email saying that my withdrawal was canceled. All fraud. I can't believe that this type of people.

Absolute robbery of a company! Gave me 10 euro free bonus and I deposited 20 euro. Got it up to 900 and went to withdraw. They then robbed the 900 and said they voided it because I played stakes over 4 quid. You have no way of winning with this company they are scam artists. Well I suggest that every customer hurry's the cook up and withdraw all of your accounts cash because the site is closing.

I want to start my review by saying that my own experience of Bcasino was positive, I made two deposits of £100 and made withdrawals totalling £1250, and both of these withdrawals were credited into my bank account within around 30 hours of submitting the request.

They have a really good selection of games, I was in fact surprised at how good it was. Lots of Megaways games alongside other top providers.

However, having read the other reviews and also the review on Casinomeister I would not go so far as to recommend the casino.

The bonus terms (I did not take a bonus) are almost laughable, the prospect of a withdrawal by using a bonus is very slim and the terms are designed to catch less savvy players out. So if you are signing up purely for the bonus then definitely don’t bother.

If you are going to play on this site I would definitely recommend being wary and probably getting verified first.

The maximum withdrawal limits are also low, £5000 a week I believe, so there are definitely much better casinos out there for you to play at.

For these above reasons I decided to close my account after withdrawals were processed, I think it has potential to be a really good casino but some terms just aren’t consistent with a totally “fair” casino.

I won over £140 with a bonus £5 they credited to my account only to be told after requesting a withdrawal that I played on non-allowed games so they cancelled the withdrawal and removed my funds. The terms and conditions are not clear at all and after reading them still doesn’t make sense. I guess they just don’t like paying out on bonus winnings!

And I’m sure they will respond with any deviation from our terms and conditions can void bonus winnings but my point is their T&Cs are ridiculous and unclear in comparison to other online casinos and quite often if you’re not allowed to play with bonus money on certain games, it won’t physically let you, unlike BCasino.

Bcasino is one of those sites with very generous bonuses, but behind closed doors have very restricting Terms & Conditions and poor return percentages. On Tuesdays, they offer 100% match bonuses for new & existing customers on a £20 min deposit, which is fantastic as most casinos only offer these on a 1st-3rd deposit. However, when you thoroughly read the T&C's, you'll realise that the majority of their games are excluded and not allowed whilst you have wagering. One of the biggest restrictions being that they've banned ALL megaways games (Yes... all) from being played with bonus funds... I mean I thought it was bad enough when Aspire Global has a 50% wagering on megaways... but 0% contribution is just outrageous. That and a lot of blueprints, and top rated games from thunderkick etc are all not allowed when you have a bonus active. This is the reason why they offer low 30x wagering on bonus funds, as most of the games you can play on have poor RTP's and are overall poor games. They've purposely banned Megaways so you don't have a fighting chance of beating the wagering.

Just from my experience on this site, my win rate has been appalling and seems to be very stingy with winnings. This is funny, as someone noticed how similar bCasino looks to Tallmountain group casinos, which are renowned scams that offer 400% match bonuses, they can offer these match bonuses as their slots don't pay anything back! You usually find when casinos are throwing these match bonuses out, that their slots are appalling with returns... and this is the case with bCasino.

If you're lucky enough to win with main balance before going into bonus funds, you can cashout when you've contacted their support team to remove the bonus funds from your account... but why can't they just allow customers to remove the bonuses manually, and have to rely on their email team to remove this, which can sometimes be time consuming due to the recent slow email response times.

I strongly advise to stay away from this site, just based off my overall experience. I have deposited many of times and there's only been a very rare number of occasions that i've doubled my deposit, let alone having a big win. Try paying out more bCasino.
