ive tryed to withdraw funds i made from a bonus . they rejected it saying i made bets above 4 euro which isnt allowed . i read the small letter all the time i know this . regardless i never make bets above 50 cent let alone 4 euro . its all plain to see in my history what they ar e saying isnt true . ive sent numerous mails dont get a reply for days and the reply i just got was exactly the same mail as i first got to the letter .. i asked them to look at my case because i know 100% i didnt make a bet over 4 . they obviously dont care and this is a scam . i have my history i can prove they r wromg . and also there customer service is non existant...... days later . theve just senf me the details of what bets i have made over the 3 euro max bet . these are a bet of 3.06 on extra chili . this is impossible how do u make a 3.06 spin and the other was a 5.56 bet on extra chili .... so just 2 bets they can find whick r both impossible bets and the caculation doesnt work out obviously a mistake ... they obviously didnt even look because its so obvious . also 1000 pages of 20 cent bets and then teo wierd bets that arnt evenpossible come on now !!! ...

update . the said a week ago they will send it to the tech people to look at . still no reply . sent them a mail asking whats taking so long also no reply . still using corona as an excuse for no live chat and bad service but ready to take your money . also see more and more people having same problem seems like a big scam to me .

received an e-mail giving me 100% bonus which i duly took on. won on my deposit, never touched bonus money and tried to withdraw . had to e-mail support to have the bonus removed so i could withdraw so ok did that and Hey Presto was able to withdraw couple hundred pounds . received it within the week ..happy days ...... received another e-mail offering 100%bonus again so again deposited and and won couple hundred again on my money off a £20 deposit .had to e-mail again to have the bonus money removed so i could withdraw ...again happy days money within the week...... now then i think they didnt like this as next time i went on the site the games that i played before i couldnt open ? other games were fine but ones i liked playing .....nothing . they have an offer , on a tuesday 100% match so put code b100 in and deposited , no bonus and when i contacted them they said i couldnt have any promotions off them anymore. obviously because i managed to win . think its a poor site when u have to contact by e-mail and you can not automatically withdraw from your winnings. other sites just give u a pop up saying you will lose your bonus . blocking some games is also something ive never come across before. even with my own cash i couldnt play these games. would like to hear an explanation if someone from bcasino replies to this.?

Deposited over £100 nothing said. Asked to withdraw £40 proof of ids requested and sent passport,government letter,bank statement,and pictures of my card bcasino say it has to be paper statement but I only bank online and it has to be utility bill but I dont pay the utility Bills in my household. staff are ignorant and rude. they are not complaining when I'm depositing I should have been informed of I'd situation before taking my money

Won a four figure amount request a withdrawal and just seen its been rejected I've just emailed them so I'll wait to see what happens I've sent all documents ect I will take this further if this matter is not resolved bcasino.

i just asked for withdraw 2 days ago and sent my documents, but really what i read makes me afraid. They have nothing to do with bank transfers , it is not their business if i receive money from my sister, lover of mother, that is my own money, Really ....if i dont get my money i will make a complaint on askgamblers and with the commission of license, i also did that what 2 other casinos and they lost their license. Terrible company. They don't give your money if you win. They have different websites as bcasino.com, bcasino.co.uk etc. Just stay away. There are much better casinos out there.

Signed up after seeing their offer of a bonus. First I didnt receive the verification email as promised. Emailed them and they then advised I could access the account. I logged in and deposited some money using the bonus code provided. I never received the bonus. Emailed again and they replied with 'under our terms and conditions we are allowed to give the bonus to whoever we like' 'if we don't like them then they will not get the bonus'. So I told them to do one and I withdrew my funds. They will not get a penny out of me for duping me into signing up with offer of a bonus, not advising I couldn't have it before depositing, so blatantly mis-advertising to a genuine new customer. No reason given for not giving the bonus just, you cant have it. Glad they wont have a penny of my money.

Played a few different games on There site, yes there site I repeat there site game on there site. After two days playing I had a balance of 1k. I made a withdrawal few hours later I received an email claiming I'd won money on non allow games. Which is against terms and conditions and that my withdrawal is cancelled and funds are taken. Robbers DONT SIGN UP. I'm not a paid reviewer this really happen. Run a mile from these.

Utter frauds. They will try absolutely anything to steal your money, I had a 4 figure balance stolen from me because my bank statement that I sent them for proof of address contained a single £100 transfer from a friend. Yes this apparently is a good enough reason for them to steal thousands of pounds. They claimed that my account was 'third party funded' because of that single transfer from a friend that appeared on my bank statement, not quite sure what they were expecting to find on a bank statement other than incoming and out going transactions from all manner of different things. I complied with all their terms and conditions and sent in every single document they asked for which was extremely intrusive. Win big at this casino and you'll never see the money, please avoid.

Made small deposit and received 200% bonus. Spent the cash then started on the bonus money. After several hours of wagering over 2 days finally managed to complete what was required and collected £791. I was asked to provide I. D which was sent and confirmed then the next day I was informed the withdrawal had been cancelled due to playing non allowed games. I replied asking if they were non allowed games why did the site let me play them. All I got back was that I needed to refer to the t&cs. I emailed back asking if we could come to an agreement as I was first time user of their site. Still got refer to t&cs reply. I sent third email asking them to deduct what had been wagered on non allowed games from what had been collected and pay the difference. Still no joy. I have given up (as I guessed they want you to). Stay away from this casino as they will not answer your queries

I opened this account despite some of the bad reviews. Please do not open an account on this site it isn’t good, you never win anything and all it does is eat your money. Please take heed! Even when I contacted them via email to close my account, I told them it was the worst site I had ever played on. Unfortunately, their response was your account is now closed!!!
