You will never be able to win anything from that bonus,neither to get any cash out from it.
Waste of time
So they give you a bonus and they make shure T&C'c will never aloud you to take any money out.
A bonus is something you can benefit from but not in this case. Bcasino bonus is only a strategy to attract people to loss their money

Good casino deposited 30 won 300 got my favourite games on there. Still waiting for withdrawal. Will play again providing I get my winning. Love the book of dead games got new book of dead games I have never seen before. Always deposit small on new casinos and wait to see if any problems with getting winnings before I play again. DO NOT use they have rigged the terms and conditions and don’t pay out. I won free spins and was told I could withdraw 850.00 and they disputed my withdrawal because they said I bet over £5 which they allow you to do!!No other sites do this.

Do not use this site they will do anything not to pay out I played with cash no bonus won 4000 sent all my id which they excepted then closed my account took my winnings and said because I used a vpn which i did not use when i signed up for the site or when playing the games it was only on when i went on chat and checking my withdrawal process using a technicality so they dont pay .they could have said this before they asked for all my id if you look at the good reviews they are all about the chat team all the bad ones cant get there winnings you dont use casinos for good chat but to win this site needs to be investigated and shut down i have never had this with any other site

Signed up to bCasino. They offer good bonus's. Had to go through a quick phone call for verification, no issues there. To make a withdrawal whilst stillusing your real money you have to go through live chat for them to remove the bonus. I spoke to Kelvin, who was pretty swift and efficient with sorting all this out for me. Top job !.

Joined in September 2018. Deposited £200+£200 bonus. Refused to pay and wiped my winnings nearly £5000. Total scam and con. SERIOUSLY!! DO NOT PLAY HERE - you will never see your money again. Worst online casino ever
What a scam casino, i deposited small amount they gave me a bonus and played a lot and won over £1500 but it was not easy. Requested a withdrawal of £1490 and they asked me to provide bank statement, passport and debit card back and front. Next remaining balance disappeares and withdrawal canceled everything fair winnings wiped out, Reason T&Cs i played some games with bonus money. Some slots/games i was not allowed to play with bonus money full stop. i only played games with cash money generated... Very dissapointed and upset but they don't care. Example of a decent casino 888 casino i joined them they gave me £88 no deposit bonus won over 1k withdrew £700 money in account next day no questions asked then made an error and self excluded myself.
But bCasino Cowboys got me to deposit send bank statement, passport, bank card back and front they stole my money and my personal information which i am concerned that may use my info for other fraud activities as for sure is a fraud/scam casino. i wish i researched them in detail before joining. Just read google reviews and see for yourself how many people have been ripped off their winnings, it amazes me how a supposedly a licensed casino can do this. This thief of a casino needs investigating shutting down and payback all money stolen

Very helpful and nice support. I’d banned my name on Gamstop because of an ex who was a gambler and used my details to sign up to things, once I kicked him to the curb, I wanted to see what was appealing to him. I signed up but after depositing I got banned (obviously) but the wonderful support gave back my deposit once I explained everything. I couldn’t rate them high enough!

Be very wary of the bonus offer. I deposited and enjoyed playing the games with the bonus offer, when I had fulfilled the wagering requirement 30x was delighted to withdraw a reasonable sum, only to be told a day later that they would not be giving me the money due to misuse of the bonus funds. I am not exactly sure where I went wrong, all the other sites I have played have been fine with the bonus. You cannot tell however what are bonus funds and what are your own funds, nor could I find out how I was doing fulfilling the wagering requirements. Other sites only let you play games suitable for the bonus, this site I think (not sure) lets you play any game unknowingly using bonus funds as they are not kept separate from yr account funds. Anyway I felt deeply aggrieved and ripped off. Best to use a different site as their are plenty to choose from!
