The customer service Is impeccable which is a big reassurance in this day and age; I’ve played at 100s of sites over twenty years but never found one I could trust 100% until I joined bcasino. . Trust is so important in this business and bcasino prove over and over again that their duty of care is upheld and the customer always comes first. Verification took a while but that was myself to blame as had no in-date Photo ID. The games selection is a bit of a change from the normal regimented sites and selection is vast and always updating. I’d definitely recommended without hesitation. Helps that the first time I ever played I would 9k on a 20p spin 😁and I’m a normal genuine lass so anyone has a shot !

Bcasino have been extremely helpful in sorting out my verification documents. As I don’t have a passport or driving license it was very tricky to verify my ID. I was particularly impressed by Kelvin, who was professional, helpful and very patient!
The casino is relatively new I believe-however they have high standards of communication, they even give a courtesy call to tell you your winnings are being processed. The games themselves are fun and the technology runs pretty smoothly, great payout for me on this occasion!
