I have been traveling around Europe, and since I didn't settle down in any one place for long, I used Bcengi for the internet that I needed to make reservations, use maps, and keep in contact with people. I turned off the auto-refill and wasn't monitoring my usage. Suddenly, I was out of my allotment. I found a way back on, but accidentally added $25 twice. I contacted Bcengi customer service, and Aliaksandra was able to refund the second charge with no hassle. Bcengi might not be the cheapest, but I would recommend them!

Bcengi is every traveler's dream. A service where credit never expires and call rates are great! I bought some initial credit for my occasional trips abroad and as a backup for data in my own country. Installing the eSIM was easy. Just check if your phone supports eSIM. I followed the guide on the bcengi website, adjusted the settings on my phone using the information in the FAQ, and immediately tested it in my country. It works! Great service!

I lost my iphone with Bcengi eSim on it. After contacting the support (first automated webbot) then I got very quick a response from a service employer. After i got different possible solutions, I had within the hour a new eSim available for installing on my new iphone with the remaining balance of the previous eSim. Top and fast service.

We went to Réunion and the esim couldn't connect. After contacting them and trying a couple of things, I gave up on the getting the esim working, especially since my fellow travelling companion also couldn't get his esim to work from a different supplier.
Bcengi however didn't give up and kept following up and asked me to try different settings. It's working now and I'm so pleased with a company going out of their way to help their customers. 5 star rating from me :)

Problem quickly fixed as Bcengi esim didn't auto work in Taiwan. Bcengi website had very useful youtube on what to do which took 2 mins to fix the prob. Worked great after that, impressed. I was even more impressed with the timely email from Asya and Albi to check all was OK. Great customer service. Great product, I highly recommend Bcengi eSim.
Previously auto worked like magic in Amsterdam and Perth.
My prob was that some countries need you to update your phone's APN and APN name to Globaldata.

I am not a Bcengi customer yet but I had several questions I wanted clarification. So I sent an email to customer support and Albi who responded to my email clarified everything. For that reason I have become a customer.

ALIAKSANDRIA helped me and explained all The possible solutions, i explained My problem to her and she knew how to solve it.

I had initial problem installing my eSim as im not very digital savvy. Got in touch with Bcengi Support team and i was assisted by Aliaksandra who took over from the AI bot… and im so grateful to her for her effort and patience in helping me sort out my eSim installation. She was such a hreat help and i wish all Support personnel are like her.. thank you Aliaksandra, im all set and ready to go !! Oh, one thing i wish that i could safe the chat interaction for reference.. may be in future.

Black Friday promotion.
My husband is using Bcengi successfully in Türkiye. I saw the promotion and installed Bcengi a few days ago. Today I send an email to say I believe I qualify for the $10.
